Really for beginners, but decent.
This piece is great for beginners, but also a great beginning tool in learning how to communicate during oral as well. I'd recommend this alongside a video piece perhaps, and experienced oral-sex folks could look elsewhere.
Published:
Pros
Good for absolute beginners, clear and concise, basics
Cons
Could use more advanced techniques, experienced fellatio-ers look elsewhere
It's been a while since I've written a review! Well, nothing like a book to get you back to starters. I've never been much for just fellatio, since I am mostly known for my great hand jobs. Granted, that success is partly in thanks to Penny Flame's Expert Guide to Handjobs for Men and Women and a little bit of my own creativity. I do mix oral in with my handjobs, but I've never have given strict fellatio.
This guide is pretty basic in terms of content. It's really informative for all beginners, in that there's information about gag reflex, your tongue, and technique. If you've never even seen a penis before, this thing goes over the WHOLE anatomy as well. Honestly, this thing was way better than any sex education class I remember from 6th grade! It doesn't go into hard stuff like any mouth techniques to do harder, rougher things, which is the only thing I think was really lacking. However, maybe a BDSM specific type book/video/guide may come out for that? The techniques in here are also great for sucking off dildos or silicone dicks of FTM/GQ/Trans* partners as well. DON'T think that just because it's cis-male anatomy focused that can't be applied to oral sex on dildos or trans* women's clits.
All in all, if you're really unused to oral, or just a beginner and not sure what to do with your mouth, I suggest this book IN CONJUNCTION WITH Tristan Taormino's Expert Guide to Oral for Men [since fellatio is a penis-specific act, but their cunnilingus video is also great]. Also, when you're with your partner doing these techniques, try to maintain good communication. Sometimes the tongue pressure isn't hard enough, or it's too much. In any sex act, I advise great communication between yourself and your partner(s).

Experience
The techniques I used from the book were for strict fellatio acts only (I didn't switch it up at all), and they were great for both cis-male penis, and trans* male penis, and oral on trans* women. However, I do think the book would be best with a video guide as well such as Tristan Taormino's works.
