not so secret
This book is a much better read then her last one I just reviewed, "Tickle His Pickle". She has gone into more detail. There is nothing I hate listening to or reading more then a book filled with generalism's. She is a doctor, and in this book she has started to sound like one. Even though it was lacking depth, it was still steps ahead of her last one. I am going to give this 3 stars, because it still reminds me of a book some housewife would write, not a doctor.
Published:
Pros
short read, more information then I was expecting
Cons
still lacking depth to it. She is a doctor, it should have all the info couples could need or want
This book is meant to give you ideas for better sexual positions for your pleasure. It has quite a few options in this department. This book has 215 pages, spread over 18 chapters.
1: is just basics, cleaning up before sex, taking your time to pleasure each other. It talks about touching, listening, and talking to each other to make the sex better.
2: Orgasm's come in different flavors. This chapter goes over the differences between clitoral, vaginal, and g-spot orgasm's. It also teaches how to strengthen your pelvic muscle, or PC muscle. Something that everyone, male and female should be working on for stronger orgasm's.
3: the art of penetration. Again, this chapter just goes over the basic's, for men. Make sure she is lubed before you penetrate. Either with foreplay or some sex lube. She teaches that you need to ease your penis into her, and not just jam it in. (guess I have been doing it wrong all these years) She also goes over some ways to last longer during sex.
4: the art of being penetrated. Some more basic's, this time aimed toward the ladies. She goes over helping him enter your vagina, making sure you are lubed before penetration. She explains why talking during sex helps make the experience a better one for both parties. (I could never read her mind, and I dont know if I would want to if I could)
5: missionary possible. She goes over one of the most basic positions in the play book. She gives some tips to make it a more pleasurable position. She talks about a few variations of the missionary, but then she gives 11 drawn pictures on some more variations. Along with a few notes on each one.
6: doggystyle. My favorite. Again she gives quite a few pro's of using this position. She explains very well why you should not be fooled by the name of this position, because you will miss out on some red hot sexual passion. She gives 13 drawn variations on the standard doggystyle position, along with a few notes on each one.
7: Ride em cowgirl. This positions puts her in control. She goes over tips to control your own orgasmic pleasures and still be in control of the action. She gives drawings and tips for 12 variations on the standard cowgirl position.
8: spooning. She goes over spooning 101, for those of you who missed it in class. This chapter has 6 variations of the basic position drawn out, along with some tips.
9: clitilicious. A whole chapter dedicated to the clitoris. For all those ladies who have problems finding your O's, and you guys too; this chapter is a must. It goes over the science of the clitoris, as well as going over giving her a orgasm during intercourse. She has also included a few drawings on some positions that leave her clitoris in reach of your hands during intercourse.
10: Her g-spot. She has included some more science in this chapter. It explains what the g-spot is, and where it is located. There is some information on how to pleasure her g-spot, aimed at both the guys and girls. And 10 positions that aim your penis at her g-spot.
11: backdoor play. She gives some guidelines for enjoying anal sex, along with some precautions and preparations. She gives 10 drawings for better anal sex positions.

Experience
The rest of the chapters touch on sexual positions for the larger individual, positions for when your partner is pregnant, positions for pleasuring his anus, how to pleasure each other with out having intercourse, different locations to have intercourse, and sexual toys. There really is not that much in these chapters. I think its great that she has taken into consideration the heavier crowd and expecting mothers, but the chapters just seemed to be too shallow. I would have liked to see more depth to these chapters. I know that when my wife was expecting, she had a lot of questions about safely having sex.
Follow-up commentary
24 days after original review
Although I liked this book better then her others I have read, I can not see my self reading it again. So I tossed it along with tickle his pickle. No need to keep it around the house, it was of no use to us.

Anyways, I enjoyed this review. I've wondered for some time what others thought about her books, but I didn't even know EF carried them. I will have to read your other reviews on her books.
