Kinky
This is a good book for women trying to think of ideas to become that Domme he has asked for so many times. You get five classic styles and expectations, and many techniques to use. However, the writing isn't captivating.

This book is an excellent start for any woman seeking to be a bit more kinky in the bedroom. However, if you're looking to become that hard-ass Domme he has always dreamed of, it might not help. In general, the author explains some tips and techniques to being more Domme-like. Some of these are as simple as what tools to use and what to wear. But even those tips are punctuated with, “ask your partner what they want and accommodate,” etc. It is a beginner's book, and tries to stay objective to technique, but that objectivity becomes sterile and repetitive in no time.
The techniques section is by far the most helpful. It is very detailed and provides good scene moments for breaking out a new ability. She provides warnings about causing damage, staying true to the safe word, and pushing the envelop. Staying true to a safe word is important in all relationships, and should never be violated. I will say, and this is my personal opinion that's worth about diddly, she does spend too much time talking about enemas. Now I know that its a common request and an effective humiliation tool, but as I read, it started to seem like she and partner do this in every scene. I don't think it's a necessary step to take in every scene.
She does go over the Five Classic Domme scenes and explains why they work so well for the submissive male. She even tries to explain how to maintain your authority while having an orgasm. These sections are covered well, but I found a lot of repetition, which can be a bit annoying. So if you think you have already read it, you have — going over each word again for fear you missed something isn't going to get you into the thigh highs and boots any faster.
