Over all this is a great book to add to any household, bad or good sex alike. There is something for everyone to gain from reading this book; covering sex, desire, stress and becoming comfortable with yourself. A must read for anyone in a relationship or someone just trying to better their technique.

Pros
Lots of diagrams, graphs, techniques, new positions, abundance of information.
Cons
N/A
Book reviews are hard to write. As with most books, the opinion readily lies inside the of reader's opinion as well as taste.
I normally am not into reading self-help, relationship or anything that falls under the rhelms of cheesy or tacky. Normally I am drawn towards classics, novels, science, history or anything that tells a tale of woe.
This is not a book I would normally pick up, but like most things, I am glad I did. Leaving your comfort zone sometimes can be the best thing to happen to you.
Lou Paget is the author of Orgasms, She is a certified sexuality researcher and educator. She is known for her sexuality seminar's titled 'Frankly Speaking'. As well as other titles such as 'Hot Mama', 'How To Be A great Lover', 'How To Give Her Absolute Pleasure' and more. Orgasms is her 3rd book. It is targeted to couples, men and woman alike. Orgasms is 260 page best selling paperback, and dedicated "To all those who quest for accurate information in the arena of human sexuality. And for everyone who knows there can be a greater possibility and future in their own sexuality".
The chapters are titled: "The Big O", "Debunking the Myths", "The Physical Side of Orgasms", "Clearing your Head", "The Female Orgasm", "The Male Orgasm", "Medical Concerns that Impact Sexuality" "The Beauty of Enhancers", "Sex and the Spirit" and "Sexually Transmitted Diseases". There is also little tid-bits of information throughout the book called 'Secrets from Lou's archive', which are helpful hints at bettering your sex life. Such as "At the risk of being annoying, I must warn you to avoid, at all cost, using any lubricant containing nonoxynol-9 during oral sex. This ingredient not only tastes awful, it will have a slight numbing effect on your mouth". As well as 'Historical and Hysterical Facts', such as " In New Ireland, a husband and wife did not have intercourse while their pig was pregnant, and did not indulge until one month after it gave birth.
Over the course of the 9 chapters including the Final Note, Appendix One, which is information covering STD's and Appendix Two, which covers resources to acquire sex toys (eden is not included), and a bibliography; you will find that Orgasms is a easy to read book, that can be read without losing interest over the course of a few hours. It's easy to skip though and more likey then not you will go back and read what you passed by. The information is thorough and exact without opinion or bias. Never does Lou tell you that you are 'doing it wrong'. The entire book is wrote with a positive vibe along side a rounded educated feel to it.

Experience
Starting the book with chapter one, "The Big O" she merely states what orgasms mean to the world as well, as within a relationship and why she wrote the book. She clearly had good intentions are follows through with them over the course of the book.
Orgasms will bring you up to date with physiological aspects to bring you towards orgasm. Using some not so known techniques. Even if you have a mind blowing bedroom relationship Orgasm is sure to ad the cherry on top.
Full of diagrams to show you what positions work and why, or not. She also helps you learn to cope with some of the stress that comes from depression, menopause along with diseases that effect sexual response and outcome. She will throughly explain what you can do to help yourself as well as your partner in overcoming various obstacles.
As well as dive into getting comfortable in the bedroom if you should have any body issues- who doesn't?
There is also information on fun stuff (as if orgasming isn't fun enough) on aphrodisiacs, massage, aromatherapy, exercises, and toys.
She also will teach you, how to tell if your partner is aroused, the 10 ways to achieve orgasm, tips on ejaculation, pleasure points as well as targeting the best in both men and woman, with their own chapters.
Over all I enjoyed this book, I gained more knowledge then I had prior to reading it, and with such an educational take on the book it didn't feel dirty to read. Sadly it isn't a book you could take to the dentist office with you, as the title is obvious. It wouldn't be hard to cover with a simple book cover. Or you could just read it at home and use the knowledge later. Happy reading!
