If only
Every man should be reading The Harness Factor. And for that matter anyone that loves a man should be reading it. It shows the way that health can affect erections and what to do when things start to get less hard.

Pros
wonderful information and very easy to read
Cons
not a thing
There is very few times when I have read a book and when I finished it, I was in tears. And I was in tears for something that had nothing to do with the actual book but it made me remember someone that is no longer with us. Or, as in the case of Steven Lamm, M.D.'s The Hardness Factor, the book showed ways that could have helped save someone's life.
The Harness Factor came out in 2005 and deals with one of the best ways for a man to see if there is something wrong with his health, his erection. It goes over heart health and the way that it can effect an erection. How mental health can affect hardness. It talks about how vitamins and nutrition can affect the erection and how changes in diet can help with the blood flow.
Dr Lamm makes ten promises within his book: You will improve your hardness in as little as four days. You will achieve optimal hardness within six weeks. You will maintain peak sexual performance indefinitely. You will enjoy better orgasms. You will be in the best shape of your life. You will look and feel years younger. You will jump-start your libido. You will protect the body's other vital organs – the heart and the brain. You will enhance you partner's sexual involvement and satisfaction. You will be healthier and, with any luck, live longer. He goes into detail on how each of these promises can be kept and how men can work forward with them.
"In just the past decade, researchers have made the all-important link between sexual activity and good health. When a man's blood vessels are healthy and 'elastic,' his heart and brain are functioning well and his erection are rock hard." This quote sums up the whole book in just a sentence and why every man should be reading this book.
I really wish that I had read this book before my friend died of heart failure when he was so young, twenty-three years old. He had been fussing at me and a few other friends that he had been having a hard time just masturbating. Had I read The Hardness Factor or any of us had read this book, that could have helped get him to the doctor much sooner.
I'm planning on picking up more copies of this book for the men that are in my life.

My copy of The Hardness Factor has passed hands a few times in my little poly tribe between the men and women just as something to brush up on.
