How do YOU have your best orgasm?
Orgasmic is an erotic anthology edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel that focuses on women having orgasms. There is some pretty good variety in the stories and I think that most people will enjoy it. If you like a collection that features only really intense erotica or that has more variety in the sexual orientations of the characters then it might not be the best one for you.

Orgasmic is a collection of 25 short erotic stories that are focused on the almighty orgasm and different ways of getting there. This collection is edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel, an author who has edited and been featured in many erotic anthologies (she has a story in this collection as well).
There are different authors in this book, some of whom I don't remember seeing very often in other books and others that I may have seen once or twice. To give you a closer look at each author there is a nice "about the author" section at the end of the book.
The cover has the word "Orgasmic" in large letters and a woman laying down (you can see her face and some of her neck/chest area) with her eyes closed and her mouth open. She looks like she is, of course, having an orgasm. The same picture is also on the back (from a different angle). I don't consider this to be a very discreet cover, but if you like to be bold on the subway or bus then go ahead and take it out (I have read some erotic anthologies on public transportation with no long stares).
This book is 207 pages long and there are are total of 25 stories that vary in length but are all on the short side. Each story creates a different atmosphere or specific experience in which a woman has an orgasm, so there is some variety to the settings and ways that the stories unfold. In my opinion, due to the variety, there should be a few stories that appeal to everyone as long as you don't need every story you read to be intense. However, all of the stories do focus on the female (after the title it does say "erotica for women") and they are focused mainly on heterosexual couples/partners.
I enjoyed many of the stories in this book, but of course I have a few favorites that turned me on more than others and gave me some ideas.
The Chair by Lolita Lopez- A woman enjoys all of the surprises of a special chair that her partner has that is designed for extreme pleasure. I wish I had a chair like this!
Share by Dusty Horn- The opening of this story goes like this " At the risk of sounding like a sex toy reviewer, my G-spot started to drool..." From that point on the author gives an arousing account of their experience with a sex toy that I know I want to try (I have a good idea of what it is).
Frosting First by Lana Fox- This story will make you want to run out to the store to buy some frosting for you and your partner to enjoy. I wasn't sure if I wanted cake or sex more after I read this.
Feet on the Dashboard by Rachel Green- I really enjoyed this story because it included (though not for the entire part of the action) fisting and because this was one of the few stories that featured two females and not simply a male and a female. I don't just like it for those things, I got me excited as well.
Fight by Charlotte Stein- When I first read the title I assumed this was going to be a story that involved some kind of physical bondage or maybe some wrestling, but the "fight" that these partners have is much more fun than that.
The favorites that I listed were the ones that turned me on the most and that I really got absorbed into.

Experience
I decided to read this erotic story collection because a collection that focuses on orgasms sounds great, in my opinion. I really did enjoy most of the stories in here and I liked the fact that they turned me on. There were a few that were just too "vanilla" for my tastes, but there were a lot that had me reaching for the nearest toy when I was done reading them. I am glad I gave this one a try and I know there are some stories (Frosting First, for example) that I will read over again.

Thank you for viewing Orgasmic – book discontinued review page!
Great review
However, I've been disappointed by Bussel's anthologies more than once. Her choices are too vanilla for kinky little me. Your review was very good, but I know I'll skip this book. Those with less wide reaching tastes may like it, though.
I got one themed for lesbian vampires... I have not had time to start it yet, but I can't wait.
@The Curious Couple- Thanks for reading!
@Shellz31- It did take me longer to get through this one, but not so long that it was a problem. Thank you
@P'Gell- A few of her anthologies seem like they are more on the vanilla side, but there are a few that are kinkier than others. Next time I will go for something on the kinky side ( I prefer that anyway). Thanks for reading
@Kynky Kytty- Yeah, I am thinking I will go for a bondage themed one next. That sounds good to me! Thanks for reading!
