The Lingerie Handbook review
Overall, I think this would be a great book for women and men alike. I believe that a man could learn several things about the difficulties a woman has dealing with undergarments.

I am very pleased with The Lingerie Handbook. I found this book to be very educational as well as interesting. The first thing that impressed me with the handbook was the pictures. The women featured in the book were natural, average sized women. There were no stick thin women with huge breasts. Seeing the average women made me feel as if the book related to me instantly.
The handbook discusses anything and everything that a woman could possibly want to know about any kind of lingerie. I personally did not think that lingerie could be that interesting until I began reading this book. The book made me see that all women have issues with their underwear. From bras not fitting correctly to how to put on certain items correctly; this book told it all.
The Lingerie Handbook made me see that there are lingerie items made for every type of a woman’s body. It reassured me that I was not alone with having problems finding fitting undergarments. I especially liked the section called “From sleep to street.” I have always been a fan of the old starlet type of photos. This section, as well as the majority of the book had several of these old photos.
Overall, I think this would be a great book for women and men alike. I believe that a man could learn several things about the difficulties a woman has dealing with undergarments. This book even has a page on how a man can guess a woman’s cup size while buying her a bra. I found that page quite amusing, yet seemingly effective. Who knows, this book could even broaden a man’s vocabulary, instead of calling it as my wonderful fiancé likes to call it “one of those things,” he could actually call it a bra, a slip or dare I say it…panties!
This book would be great for any woman who has ever had the problem of lingerie not fitting correctly. It has great pictures, diagrams and is written so that it keeps you reading. I will give this book 3 out of 5 stars.

What made this a 3 out of 5 rather than a higher score?
-
If it's so great why only 3 stars? What accounts for the loss of 2 stars? Didn't it achieve what it was designed to do?
-
I agree. Your review seems stellar and then the rating doesn't follow. Why?
