This is a Kama Sutra book put out by Cosmopolitan magazine. If you have ever read the sex tips in the magazine or looked at the sex section on their website, you will be no stranger to these. This book says it has "77 mind-blowing sex positions."

Additionally, it has pages of other tips in between every few pages of positions, including:
-Pre-Sex Stretches

-Lube Lowdown
-How to Find Your G-Spot
-Fixes for Your Worst Sex Flubs
-The Sexiest Things to Do After Sex

and many more.

Each sex position is put on a two page spread- a drawing of the position on the left page and a description of the position on the right. At the top of the right page it has a small scale called the "Carnal Challenge" and describes the difficulty of the position on a scale of 1-5 flames. The title of the position is under that in bold letters and beneath that are two headings, instructions and the reason why that particular position should be awesome for you and your partner. Lastly, there is a cosmo hint at the bottom of each page with a tip on how to make the position easier or more comfortable for you and your partner. The section about why you'll like it is very helpful- if it's supposed to be comfortable yet hit your g-spot, it will say so here- and help you to know if you're doing the position correctly.

Some of the sex positions are more basic, something that may already be going on in your bedroom on any given night, such as this:

This is a fun book. The titles are funny too. It is not super serious but the information is actually useful and the positions are great. I would recommend this book to couples who are looking to explore more positions but aren't actually trying to do the real kama sutra- this is very laid back, colorful and fun.

I haven't really gone back to this book since I received it. It would be good for a beginner who didn't have much experience with different positions or much creativity. It is fun and colorful and uses humor though so it really isn't all that bad; it just doesn't particularly add anything to my sex life.
