By far the best of the 3!
Whether you're looking for a good love story or a book to read in the tub alone, this is a MUST read book! It will not disappoint.

Pros
Amazing plot
Cons
Childish writing
Steamy, erotic, and the darkest of the three; in my opinion it is by far the best! There is plenty of sex, but there is also a great plot. You finally start getting to the root of Christian’s problems, and there comes a point that you honestly feel so sorry for him that you can’t help but think of him as a small helpless boy.
This book starts after Ana has left Christian (Although you know that they are going to get back together, because there are two more books!). You can almost feel Ana's pain being away from Christian. When she sees him again after they are apart, you get butterflies similar to the first time they met. Not to get into spoilers, but when he gets to a low point in the book, it literally made me cry. Some might find Christian's behavior needy or somewhat stalker-like, but if you understand the pain in his life, then you might realize why he is the way he is. It is not that he is needy so much as he is finally in love. Yes Ana is insecure, but that is what makes her alluring. We all have insecurities and can relate to her. Nobody is perfect and sometimes we all have that moment of "what does he see in me?" I think in this book, Ana finally realizes that Christian actually does love her.
I absolutely could not wait to start the next one after I finished this one. Not to ruin the next book (after all the review is supposed to be for this one), but I will say this one is definitely the best! I will say that the actual writing is not brilliant and it is a little repetitive, but the plot is still fantastically entertaining!

Follow-up commentary
1 day after original review
Why would I not reread this. Christian is my boyfriend! When I am not thinking about him I am missing him. I like to think of him in the shower more than anywhere else!
