At one point in time or another we all have heard about self help tapes that will help you do this or stop that. I had always wanted to try it, so when I read about this CD and its claim that it would awaken my sex energy and increase my vitality. I was excited and wanted to try it.

This CD is geared towards men and it helps to keep an open mind, this is due to the fact its not so much going to the gym to achieve the lasting longer part. Its more of a state of mind to achieve sexual bliss. The muscle you do learn to control during the sessions is called pubococcygeus muscle, This controls the flow of urine and sperm. I found that the more I listen to the CD, The more I was able to control this muscle.

The recording quality is great. The woman's voice is soothing with pleasant sounding music in the background. The CD has three tracks, and it is good to give yourself about 45 minutes of peace and quiet. Also found it better to listen to with headphones to get the full effect.

The first track- 2 minutes- Is an intro on how you should listen to the CD.

The second track- 32 minutes- Is to help your mind prepare for longer session and multiple orgasm.

The third track- 15 minutes- As your mind is in a relaxation state is programmed sub-conscious for better sex and increased vitality.

The CD packaging is nice. The cover is very informative, so you wouldn't want to leave it laying about for the kids or neighbors to see it.

I found it to be relaxing and relieved everyday stress, and helps you gain control over your body.

As a medic I sometimes find it hard to leave the job at work, but after I started listening to this CD it made it easier to get rid of the everyday stress and feel more relaxed. Listening to the CD made me feel energized and I seem to last forever. As I wrote this review I asked my girlfriend if she had noticed any changes with me listening to the CD and she gave me a smile and a wink, so it must be doing something right. As for me achieving the multiple orgasms I haven't reached that stage yet, but I'm sure I would need fluid replenishment after that.
