Amusingly Serious
Overall I feel that the book is a good buy for anyone looking to be creative with their sex life. There are no cons that blow the book so far down that it isn't worth it.

Cons
Can't always perform what the book suggests
Position of the day... It starts out featuring a position of every day of the year, from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st. Every day features fun little notes about each position such as calories burned per hour, equipment, hazards, and an area marked off for you to rate the position and your very own notes. For the most part it is all fun and games, with position names like "He Was Framed" for a position in the doorway, or "The Home Fitness Test." Even the Holidays have themed names like "The Forth of July Hotdog."
To start off with our experience with this fun little book is that my wife and I have never used this book as it was intended. We were recently married and I received this as a gift from my Best Man along with a few other goodies, but this stood out as one of the more amusing gifts. As a typical guy, I flipped through all of the pages just to see what it was all about. My inner child had to giggle at the names and some of the obscure positions. More than half of these positions my wife and I could never attempt because they physically aren't possible. It sounds fun to enter her upside down on a rocking chair, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. We are both in good physical condition but the biggest reason the positions don't always work is because one of us is too short to stand in the position needed. Still, its fun to take a look at some positions and figure out what can and can't work. Creativity can go a long way.
The book itself is exactly what I would expect from a book. Its a paperback book with what I would assume is around 250 pages; they aren't marked but there are 365 positions inside for sure. You could put it on a bookshelf and it wouldn't stand out, but we keep ours next to the bed for easy access.

My wife and I still look to this book for something to amuse us or something new to try. It isn't the last book we'll ever buy, but it is one we will constantly look back to for fun.
