A collection of 60 stories by 50 different authors gives you a wide variety of content. Some stories are too short to be appealing, and some people might have a hard time getting into the stories because of the short length.

Pros
Variety of acts and locations, Each story is well written
Cons
Some may find the shorter length hard to get into, Some stories not all that hot
There are 50 different authors writing 60 different stories. Alison Tyler edits the book, and I did notice a few repeated authors from other books of Tyler's that I have. There is one page with a few paragraphs at the end of the book that give you a little more information about the editor.
Frenzy is well, a frenzy of stories. 60 stories taking up 209 pages, ranging in length from a paragraph to about 2 1/2 pages.
The premise and point of each story is that you just can't wait, in some manner or another. Some stories aren't all that hot, and this is mostly due to their length, but it is really difficult to get most people turned on with 75 words. However most of the paragraph long ones are still worth reading, and are easily skipped over if you decide you'd rather go for something meatier. If you're looking to really get into a story and get lost in it, you might want to look elsewhere since none of these stories are very long at all.
Not all of the stories involve sex specifically, like Sweets by Nikki Magennis, which focuses on a man sexualizing chocolate as he fantasizes about the girl at the candy shop. Some stories are pretty tame, some delve a little bit into the wilder side, but none of them are really going to satisfy anybody looking for a specific fetish.
The book itself is relatively small, about 8" tall by 5 1/2" wide. As a paperback, it won't hold up to tons and tons of abuse, but with normal use, it will be fine. For outward appearances, it isn't the most discreet for appearances, but if you can find a way to cover the front with your hand or something while reading, you can pass it off as just a regular book out in public.
I like this book a little more than my fiance did. He said that he didn't like how short most of them were, and that he felt really ADD while reading and it was hard to get into the story enough to do anything for him. On a lot of them, I felt mostly the same way, but I also love seeing the artistry of trying to make an erotic story out of a long paragraph. In fact, one of my favorite stories in the book titled Mute Witness, is only 10 lines long. But when you start with "Hello Kitty didn't have shit on me" and end with "Who knew that Barbie could sign?" you've at the very least got a very amusing short story.
Another few favorites involve tattoos and mechanics, but that's because I'm tattooed and marrying a mechanic, lol. All in all, not a bad read. Great if you don't have the time to sit down and really get into something.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it17 months after original review
I did appreciate a few of the stories in this book, but I've never really been into the super short stories and so I haven't really picked it back up to read through it since I wrote the review. I still think it's a good book for those who like really short stories, but I'm just not that person.

75 words, huh? Hrm. Think these might too short for me. Not sure it'd be worth it.
Thanks for the review!

I know for sure this wouldn't be for me but it's cool that this book exists anyways, I don't think anyone has come up with extremely short stories like this before. Great review.
? Amanda ?
