Lady Scarface
Erotic novel
by
A Scarface parody to beat all
Scarface? This is not. A great couples' film that takes an idea from Hollywood through the violent drug world, where it receives a healthy dose of sex and debauchery. A great movie for guys and gals, especially together. Ladies: thank God, no Pacino. Fellas: Carmen Luvana and friends. Any questions?

Pros
Appeals to couples, from an action-movie and porn perspective
Cons
Terrible audio in parts, such that conversation is inaudible; sex may not be enough for some
Lady Scarface is a themed porn not so loosely based on the original 1983 Pacino film (which, if one was to include sexual interludes, would cut significant parts of the story out in exchange for sex), but the film maintains a strong connection to the original story line, but diverts in parts. No porn flick actually captures the entirety of the original upon which it was based (have you seen Sex Trek?), but for porn sticking to story line, I think this is better than 'Pirates' or 'Carolina Jones'.
Toni Luvana, apparently of relation to the famous porn star, follows the same path as Tony Montana in the original: beginning with nothing, using nothing but savvy and intrinsic assets to work their way to the top. Carmen Luvana stars, supported by her Lieutenant, Angel (played by Ava Rose), after meeting her at a menial job that really sets off Luvana's rise to the top. Luvana and Angel proceed to do a little job for some fellas associated with a local drug kingpin. The job brings the girls to a diner, where the funniest scene in the movie resides (my SO and I both laughed out loud during), and the ensuing action will appeal to both genders: violence, blood and gore, and sex appear in equal parts in the scene (reminiscent of a XXX 'Spartacus').
There is an introduction to the drug kingpin, played by Tommy Gunn (isn't he in EVERYTHING?), and his lovely partner Mikayla Mendez, followed by a meeting between Luvana and Gunn (the equivalent of Alejandro Sosa in the original), where the unfortunate worst scene exists. The meeting preludes another sex scene with Emiliana and Christian, but the entire scene really needs a boom mic operator. I digress, but if any of the production companies need a boom mic operator, I know some volunteers, just saying...
After 2 more scenes that vaguely remind me (I became otherwise occupied when watching with my SO), Angel and Tommy Gunn have a tryst that, when Luvana enters after the completion of business, experience would dictate that Luvana would fly into a rage and kill people, as she is known to do, but nobody dies. Apparently, indeed all is fair in love and drug wars, to paraphrase her.royal.redness. Luvana returns the favor with Jerry in another scene, and following the encounter, an interpretation of the final scene of the original movie, with the shotgun man ending the story.

Experience
After several times trying to finish the movie, my lady and I did so just recently, and we were able to laugh out loud together, criticize together, and emulate together. I don't expect porn imitations to be exactly the same as the original, but as based-on porn goes, I was pleased with the connection this one had to the original. Each movie is supposed to be loosely based on the original, and this one was tighter than most, something EVERY guy can appreciate. The important thing is that my SO and I enjoyed it together (such that I was unable to remember parts of the movie), and that we were able to be together and enjoy something that enticed and aroused the both of us.
The sex is good enough to get anybody going, but may not be enough for some with specialized interests. If you're looking for an upbeat, fun movie that goes its own direction, this is a great choice. If you want something that follows plot to the T, this is not for you.
