A guide to male genital play & torment.
If you're looking to learn more about cock and ball torture and perhaps try a few scenes with a willing partner, this is a wonderful book to start with. It vividly outlines everything, from the male anatomy, to safety, down to how to actually execute some CBT scenes. At only 19.99 this book is a STEAL.

Pros
Stunningly written, very informative, great for beginners.
Cons
Only 123 pages :(
Family Jewels by Hardy Haberman could be very well considered a jewel itself for those looking to venture into CBT otherwise known as cock and ball torture. It is very well written, however, very condensed. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for advanced CBT ideas and knowledge since most of the ideas in the book are fairly common and used widely by people who engage in CBT.
The book consists of A foreword, an intro and 4 chapters followed up by an afterword. Keep in mind, for someone begging in the realm of CBT, all the information in the book can be a bit overwhelming since it is condensed into a mere 123 pages of text.
Forword:
The forword is a written by Fetish Diva Midori and it adresses the common feelings and questions of someone looking to venture into the realm of CBT such as "Why would a man want to do this to his body?" The fporword also addresses feelings of insecurity and intimidation for both of the subjects who take part in cock and ball torture. The best part of the foreword though, is on how to introduce CBT to a partner - which no doubt can be difficult and a scary prospect.
Intro:
The Intro of the book is a gentle introduction to cock and ball play. Hard Haberman outlines what drives some males to want to have their genitals "tortured" and how the feeling of mixed pleasure and pain ties in with the ever growing world of BDSM culture.
The chapter focuses mainly on what cock and ball torture is an isn't and also what the intended outcome of a CBT session is.
Chapter 1:
Chapter one is basically a chapter about basic male anatomy - including pictures [yay!] But in all seriousness, this chapter includes illustrated pictures of the penis along with diagrams of what is what on a male's anatomy, for those of you planning on venturing into CBT who don't remember much from your health ed days back in school, read this like it's your midterm. Memorize it, then memorize it again. If you're going to have someone's genitals at your mercy, you better know what's what and that's what this chapter is exactly written for.
Chapter 2:
Chapter two is a reminder of what's needed for any type of potentially dangerous BDSM practice. Safety. The chapter outlines and spends time on each of the necessary qualities needed for a good time during a CBT session. Safety, sanity, & consensual play. Hardy Haberman goes on to explain that you should never partake in such activities if you are under the influence of alcohol or any narcotics.
He explains what safewords are and what they're used for which is a key factor to any BDSM practice, particularly genital torture due to the nature and sensitivity of it. He also outlines the risks of various problems that could arise through CBT perfectly. I highly suggest you take double the time to read this chapter and perhaps re-read it due to how informative it is regarding risks.
Chapter 3:
No doubt my favorite chapter, chapter 3 spends a lot of time on the actual practices used during CBT. It gives descriptions of many popular CBT devices widely known and used by people in the BDSM community. This chapter has some wonderfully illustrated pictures of some of the devices and how they're used to give you a better understanding. The chapter then continues on with ideas of how you can use everyday items for CBT which is my absolute favorite section of the book. It gives some wonderful new ideas and of course, it's got the everyday ideas such as using a spatula, etc.
Chapter 4:
Chapter four outlines the actual procedures of how to get a "scene" done. If you're still wondering how to actually get the scene done, read this chapter and you'll be read in no time. It outlines various examples of beginning CBT scenes such as 'blue balling' and using clothespins on the genitals. The intrusctions are very clear down to how to pinch the skin before you apply the clothespin to it. This is the real meat and bones of the book.
Afterword
Hardy Haberman goes on to to discuss how CBT ties into his life both sexually and generally and how it affects him.
Overall, this is a wonderful book although very tightly compacted for so much information. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into cock and ball play as both the Dominant or the submissive.

Still consider this the best nitty gritty basic but straight to the point book on CBT I've ever came across. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get into CBT or learn more about it
