One can guess from the title that this video is geared towards women. As an inexperienced viewer, I found the video especially informative, so I think that it is perfect for women who have yet to fully explore their own bodies and sexualities. I also believe that it can be helpful to more experienced women, but it's probably best for the newbies. Although its intended audience is female, men surely can gain some new tips and tricks as well!

On the first disc, only Shayne appears. She focuses on relaxation techniques and self-massage. She takes her role very seriously, and it shows. Shayne pleasures herself manually, and she performs beautifully, whether illustrating preparation tactics or "Jilling off." Just watching her get in the mood definitely got my guy and me in the mood as well!

Rachel's performance was interesting to say the least. She incorporates yoga into her session as well as a glass dildo. I felt that in places her ritual was a bit repetitive, but at the same time, I know it may just be how she gets herself in the mood. She exhibits excellent control over her body, which is something that I find especially important to get out of this DVD set.

Next up is Eden, who pleasures herself through meditation and "sensual dance." Her role is less about masturbation and more about treating oneself; one can see her surging with pleasure as she dances for the camera. Her grace and beauty cannot be overstated. She is, by far, my favorite to watch.

The first disc's menu is very simple since it contains only two options. Both are videos featuring Shayne's performance. One includes Jaiya's voice-over, and the other is simply the performance without narration.

The second disc contains many more features. Its primary ones are Rachel's and Eden's performances. It also includes three interviews with Jaiya, the producer, narrator, etc. of the series.

I especially loved Jaiya's interviews. She provides helpful anatomical information, advice for couples, and anecdotes about her own sexual exploration. She talks about the layers of shame and guilt around female masturbation and how to overcome this taboo subject.
