Zip it up baby!
This is a fun male "lingerie" item for bedroom play. It does enhance the look of the male package and the zipper access can be a fun element to play around with as well.

Pros
Soft and comfortable.
Cons
Not good for everyday wear, sizing limitations.
This male thong is one-size fits most. It is made of spandex and polyester and is a bit shiny for a wet look. The main element of this pair of underwear is the pouch. It has a horizontal zipper. The pouch obviously does accentuate a man's package. It makes it look bigger and encases it in a handy dandy pouch. There is a thick elastic strap for the waist and a thinner strap for the thong string. The waistband and thong string are simply exposed black elastic. It comes in a small plastic package with an image on the front as shown on the product image.
The overall design is pretty basic since there isn't a lot of coverage. The construction seems to be good quality and I would imagine it will last for a while, especially with light wear.
As for sizing goes, one size fits most has its limitations. My husband's pant size is a 31. The underwear fits him around the waist and thong area. The elastic quality of the waistband will stretch to fit larger pant sizes. The tricky part is the pouch, which seems to be a bit small. My husband had to fiddle with it to get it to cover the whole area (in a flaccid state). It would be basically impossible to have it cover the area when erect, which is why the zipper comes in handy!
This is definitely a hand wash and dry item. We have determined that this is basically a decorative set of underwear for playtime rather than something for long term wear or for wear outside of the bedroom. Of course, if you're comfortable with it then it can definitely be done. But we have found, at least for us, that this is mostly 'play' underwear.
He also did not have any trouble with the zipper. It is relatively easy to unzip and zip. There is also a piece of fabric behind the zipper to protect the area underneath. The zipper is located a bit lower on the pouch, to avoid any pubic hair that may be in the way.

Experience
I have to say that this was a surprise assignment and I decided to take it. It just so happened that a few days prior, I was teasing my husband about him trying thong underwear. I wear them myself but not all of the time. Luckily, he's a good sport and was willing to try it so I accepted the assignment.
His thoughts:
The material of the pouch is really soft and comfortable. I would consider this more of a "male lingerie" product rather than underwear that is intended to be worn outside of the bedroom. The thong part isn't uncomfortable and the underwear is fun to wear for play time.
Her thoughts:
My opinion is that it's fun because it's a new experience. As far as being visually appealing, I'm not that crazy about the thick black elastic strap for the waist and the elastic trap for the thong. It just seems a bit off-putting to me. I do like the design of the "pouch" and the zipper is fun. We haven't had any issues with it and my husband wasn't afraid to unzip it, it appears to be well constructed with the fear in mind of catching something on it.
And honestly, I just wanted to see what my husband would look like in a thong. Plus, I'm all about equality. Men can wear thongs too!

Follow-up commentary

This is still fun to wear, but only with patience. The pouch is just too small. My husband's "parts" hang out. We still like it, but the design could definitely use some improvement.

By pouch I mean that's what encases the genitals. You unzip the zipper to access them. I hope I didn't confuse you. Does that make sense? There's not an actual pouch to put something IN, besides the man parts of course! I used the word pouch because it's like a pouch that covers the genitals.
