The primary use of this toy is for a beginner's first sex doll to see if they are interested in the idea of one. Think of it as a "teddy bear for adults" rather than the function provided by the common masturbator. If you don't exert much mental effort in your sex play then this toy probably isn't for you.

The material is one of the biggest drawbacks of this toy. It contains phthalates which are perfectly okay in small exposures but it probably is not in your best interest to use this toy 7 days a week or start a lifetime collection of toys using the material.
