This sleeve is designed to be placed on the penis while having sex and could also be used on a vibrator. It is supposed to act somewhat like a rabbit vibrator, providing vibration on the clit while also having penetration, and it does this quite well. It also is advertised as providing testicular or anal stimulation when the clitoral tongue is pointed down—more on that later.

The Micro-Vibro also adds some girth to a penis, which will probably work for advanced users and might very well work for beginners.

The Micro-Vibro is constructed of soft, stretchy TPR silicone, is latex and phthalates free, and has no odor that we could detect.

It comes with soft, textured nodes on the head and shaft of the sleeve as well as textured nodes on the clitoral tongue. To be honest, my wife could not feel the texture on the shaft when inserted, but she really enjoyed the texture on the tongue portion.

She also liked that the material from which it is constructed is clear, allowing full visibility of the penis once it is in place.

When removed from the package, my first thought was that it looked like a thick condom with a clit tongue at the base.

With a few drops of water-based lube, it was very easy to put on. I doubt size will be an issue for most guys as it has a great deal of stretch to it. The sleeve fit both length and girth extremely well, with the tongue at the base hitting my wife in just the right spot. Sleeve length when it is off is listed as 6", and the diameter is listed as 1 1/4". The manufacturer also states that it will fit a girth up to 6". I am sure all of these are accurate because it really stretches.

I was surprised at how comfortable it is to wear. Once on, it applies an equal amount of light pressure over the length of the penis shaft and head. It is not too tight, yet like a well-fitted condom, it stays in place once on.

The Micro-Vibro comes with a vibrating bullet, which is inserted into a pouch located in the clitoral tongue. The bullet is controlled by a separate controller, which is connected to the bullet by a 31" cord. The controller has the standard rotating dial, which allows for variable vibrations from off to high. My wife found that at the highest setting, the vibrations were just a little too intense, so this baby does have a lot of buzz to it!

The only issue we have had with this toy is that with any activity, the bullet keeps coming out of the pouch at the base of the sleeve. After some trial and error, we found a few simple solutions to correct this. First of all, make sure to place the bullet in the sleeve before putting the sleeve over the penis. The bullet seems to stay in place better if no lube is on it, and since lube is needed to apply the sleeve to your penis, it is hard to insert the bullet once lube has been applied. The cord attaching the controller to the bullet is attached at the end of the bullet. You will find that if you double the cord back to the middle of the bullet and attach it there with a small amount of electrical tape, it will stay in the clit tongue much better.

We did try using it with the clitoral tongue down, which is supposed to provide testicular and anal stimulation. It did not really provide any more stimulation to my testicles when worn this way, and my wife stated that she barely felt anything anally.

The vibrator controller uses 2 AA batteries, which are NOT INCLUDED, so make sure you have some on hand. It also came with a small amount of Wet Lube, which was a nice touch if all you have on hand is a silicone lube.

The Micro-Vibro is extremely easy to clean with either warm water and mild detergent or with a toy cleaner. Just turn it inside out, wash, pat dry, and you're done. As far as storage, we keep ours in a ziplock bag.

I have never used a sleeve before and was somewhat apprehensive about trying one, but as with many things, I'm sure glad we gave this a try.

Using it the first time was an educational moment. There was no difficulty getting it on with the help of a little bit of lube. With the addition of additional lube, we had no problems with insertion. With the vibrator turned off, my wife did not think it felt any different than sex normally does. She quickly changed her mind, however, once she turned on the vibe. She enjoyed the sensations of the vibrating tongue against her clit as long as I remained fully inserted. We soon found out that when I attempted to thrust, the vibrator would fall out. After several feeble attempts to get the vibrator to stay in, we gave that up and tried using the sleeve only. This sleeve offers very little stimulation for me, so after several minutes, we took it off and resumed having sex. At that point, she said there was definitely a size difference when I was wearing it. At a later date, we checked measurements and found that the sleeve added 1/2" in girth, which is not a lot but enough for her to tell the difference.

After several occasions of using it, we figured out how to keep the vibrator in place. She loves for me to remain fully inserted with the vibrator resting on her clit while it's on a medium speed. After she climaxes, I feel free to finish, which might take slightly longer due to decreased sensations. When I asked her to describe how it feels, the only thing she can say is that "it really, really feels good!" The Micro-Vibro is now included on her favorite toy list.

As for me, it feels like having sex with ten condoms on. Hmmmm, this might be good for those guys who have trouble cumming too soon. I don't use it for what it does for me, but I am really turned on by what it does for her.

Originally, I was going to give this 4 stars because of the bullet issue, but since we have gotten that figured out, I am giving this 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to and does it quite well!
