The 3-Way is an interesting device from Topco Sales that works in three different ways at the same time: as a multi-speed mini-vibrator, as a cock ring and as a ball harness. It has a dual function to enhance erection by restricting blood flow to and from the penis and increase stimulation to the clitoris through vibration and soft nubs on the ring itself. The ball harness is an added benefit which tightens around the testicles for added stimulation. Using the 3-Way can also be a fun change of pace for those looking for something different. It's not difficult to figure out, but it might take a coordinated effort between couples to maximize its effectiveness. Good communication is a plus.

The 3-Way is composed of Cyberskin, which is a mixture of PVC and silicone. Eden Fantasys gives it a very low material safety rating of only two due to the fact that it is extremely porous and difficult to clean thoroughly. On the other hand, Cyberskin has a very nice feel to it and is soft and squishy, much like foam rubber. The 3-Way is very elasticized and can be stretched more than twice its normal size. There is a slight plastic odor to the material.

The mini-vibe included with the 3-Way is plastic. It has shiny metallic surface on the top and is black on the base where it can be unscrewed to replace batteries. It is not waterproof but contact with some lubrication should be fine.

The 3-Way is an odd-looking device and its function may not be apparent to everyone. From top to bottom it is 2.75 inches long. At the top there is a hollow vertical tube that is just under 2 inches long and is intended for the mini-vibe which is included in the package. The mini-vibe can easily be inserted into either side of the tube. Next, there is the hole which can be stretched to accommodate the shaft of the penis. A little lubrication, water-based only, will make putting it on easier. Further down there is a second hole and this is intended to wrap around the scrotum.



The included mini-vibe is bullet-shaped and is two inches long. The hollow tube at the top of the 3-Way will stretch to fit the mini-vibe. After insertion, it will stick out slightly at both ends.

Stretchy cock rings like the 3-Way are easiest types of cock rings to use. For me, it's easier to put on after an erection, but it can also be put on before. The soft material can be stretched to fit around the base of the penis and in the case of the 3-Way, the scrotum too. Water-based lube can be used to help, but I found that it wasn't necessary.

This is the first Cyberskin product I've used and I really like the feel of the material. It's very soft and squishy to the touch. I could put it on without lube and it didn't rub or chafe against my skin. Even though the material is soft, hair could get wrapped around it and pull, so extra care should be taken.

The 3-Way is not as tight as some other cock rings I've used, but it should give the user a firmer penis during erection. The material is soft and pliable, but it still restricts enough blood flow for this purpose.

The mini-vibe has an dial switch that sets vibration from low to high. We found that the lower settings can barely be felt through the material and it really works best at its highest setting. There are four raised nubs on the front of the 3-Way. The top nub located on the mini-vibe tube produces the most vibration and is slightly larger than the rest. It is intended to directly stimulate the clitoris. The three smaller nubs below it produce less vibration in descending fashion, with the last one which is actually behind the testicles, producing none that was noticeable.

When wearing the ring with the vibe turned on I really didn't feel much at all. However, that changed after inserting my penis into my partner and I could feel myself vibrate inside her. This feeling reached all the way to my testicles when I was fully inserted. At full speed this feeling is not intense, but it was definitely something. It had a larger effect on my partner, especially when I was fully inserted and the ring nubs rubbed against the exterior of her vagina and directly onto her clitoris. She has vibrators that have much stronger vibrations, but she said this was still very nice feeling.

Applying the 3-Way around the scrotum can be tricky. First, I had problems with the sides of the ring twisting when I tried to put it on. It just didn't feel like it was on well when it was twisted so it took extra time to adjust it. Second, if the scrotum is pulled up tight against the body it's difficult to fit the ring around it, especially when it's slippery with lubrication. I had no problem when my scrotum was hanging down some. The ring fits snugly, but not too tight. It does raise and hold the testicles up which increases contact with them during sex.

The 3-way Cyberskin material is porous and impossible to sterilize. To clean it, rinse with mild soap and warm water, remove excess water with a towel, then air dry until its moisture-free. It's a good idea to wash it before and after each use. Also, dusting the 3-Way with cornstarch might help it retains its softness. To help prevent lint build-up it should be stored by itself in a separate plastic ziploc bag. For best results only use water-based lubrication with Cyberskin material.

The 3-Way arrived packaged in a hard, clear plastic shell which was opened easily by pulling it apart. Inside the shell was the 3-Way Cyberskin device itself, the mini-vibe, a small sample pack of water-based lube, and three extra batteries, size AG13. The mini-vibe comes supplied with three batteries already inside.

Also in the shell was a cardboard insert that featured a couple on the front. The woman was nude, breasts visable, so it wasn't very discreet. The reverse side of the insert had more details about the product and its uses. It also had instructions for care as well as warnings about its misuse.

We first tried the 3-Way out using the missionary position. We could both feel the vibrations of the mini-vibe as we tried to get into a rhythm that worked for both of us. The biggest complaint my partner has about this or any other vibrating cock ring is that during intercourse the vibrations are only at their maximum when my penis is fully inside her. She prefers to have more constant vibration. Because of this, we switched with her on top and she was able to grind and rock at her own pace directly on the soft nub on the ring. This maximized pleasure for her and I wasn't complaining, either. Just to see how it would work, we flipped the ring upside down as we tried it in the doggy-style position. My partner said there was even less stimulation for her in this position, but for me the vibrations felt wonderful on my testicles when pressed up against her. I can understand why they make rings with vibrations on both top and bottom and we'll have to try one of those next.

Overall, it's a decent product that we will probably use from time to time. It's not an earth-shaker, but for shaking up the regular routine, it's not bad.
