Like other cock rings, this is meant to hold blood. This particular toy has two loops: the larger loop fits behind the testicles and the smaller loop around the penis. For us, the vibrations are very intense for both parties, as the loops carry the vibrations through the whole area. There are several vibration settings but we basically just used the lowest setting, which was plenty.

We tried this for a variety of uses: vaginal intercourse in a few positions (missionary with her legs together was the best, the toy provided clitoral stimulation that the position would not otherwise allow, and we both orgasmed very strongly!), masturbation as a stroker using only the smaller penis loop and sliding up and down the penis, and worn around the scrotum and penis during masturbation. All three were a very unique experience and a lot of fun, we both look forward to trying it again!

The red bullseye is plastic, the rest is covered with non-porous, velvety silicone. The plastic portion is theoretically porous so the toy should not be shared between multiple non-fluid bonded partners to prevent potential STI transmission. I did not notice any smells.

Due to the plastic and the silicone covering, do not use oil or silicone lube respectively, stick to water-based lubricants.

After my review of the beads cock ring, I was a little concerned about the size being too small, but the inner diameter of the Relish is much more accommodating at 1.5 inches. The penis loop seemed just right for me (unstretched seemed to be about 1.25 inches) and I could stretch the larger loop to fit behind the scrotum fairly easily. No numbness or discomfort!



The loop behind the scrotum was especially appealing to me as I like sensations on my testicles, and to have both in the same toy, with vibrations, was pretty great.

There is a small power button on the ring itself that also changes vibration pattern while on or can be held to turn off vibration, and also a remote control, which we did not use so far as we really only liked the lowest setting. I think it might be fun to play with the controls more to turn them on and off, but the vibration pattern resets to the lowest setting after pressing the power on the remote or powering on and off the ring.

The charging port is a small hole with an apparently spring-loaded cover so the toy claims to be waterproof but I would stick to water resistant: the shower is probably fine but avoid a bath. Then again, that could be fun if you are willing to risk it.

The silicone and plastic, along with the waterproof claim make it easy to clean with warm water and soap. I wouldn't boil it given the plastic and battery.

We recharged as a precaution once after a few sessions, up to 2 hours or so, but the ring never seemed to run out of charge so far.

I skimmed the instructions but everything seemed pretty straightforward.

This was one of my favorite recent toys. It's much easier to get the loops over everything while flaccid but can be done while erect, too. I really enjoyed it alone and we also enjoyed it together. Looking forward to trying it again soon!
