The sleeve is made out of Superskin to help give it a more realistic feeling, similar to real skin. The material is smooth and velvety feeling. The material is soft and has a plush feeling. It has the ability to stretch as well. Inside the sleeve there are little nubs or "feelers" that run all around it to add for extra stimulation. While it feels similar to skin, the nubs of course don't have the feeling of a real vagina, but they are stimulation and able to be felt. The nubs are soft and flexible, so it's not uncomfortable. The design is pretty self explanatory. The outside of the sleeve that's exposed when using is designed to resemble how a real vagina looks on the outside. The case is supposed to look like a flash light, and while it does, it's pretty over-sized, so it isn't really THAT discreet considering the bulk of it and the fact that it has the cap on the front of it.

The bullets run on 3 watch batteries that come with it. If you want to use the bullets while using this toy, you must first turn the on and insert them. There is no way to turn them off during use unless you stop and remove them. The bullets are only one speed. It's pretty obvious what you do, which is slip the penis inside the vaginal opening and use a stroking motion. The highly textured inside of the sleeve massages and stimulates the penis while using. Depending on how quickly you stroke affects how intense the little nubs feel. The vibrations of the bullets travel well through the material to the nubs and provide a light, stimulating sensation as the little feelers vibrate against the penis, providing a bit of tickle.
The cap on the bottom of the Fleshlight controls how intense the sucking sensation is and how tight it feels. You can loosen it up as much as you like or take it completely off. This also affects how loud the sucking noises will be.

To maintain the material longer and keep it from getting tacky, you can sprinkle cornstarch onto it.
Once it is dry, put it back in the case for safe keeping because the material is a lint magnet.

I didn't include any information on packaging because we got this some time ago and no longer have it and I don't remember what all it came with. I do know that it came in a metal tin that wasn't discreet at all.
