Very Comfortable Pants
These bamboo lounge pants are great for someone looking for silky smooth pants to wear around the house. The waist band is not the same material, and there is no matching robe or top to go with it (yet). The pants run a little long, but as long as you're on the couch or in bed, it won't bother you. The bamboo addition certainly keeps these pants cool and will be great in the hot summer.

Pros
Very smooth and comfortable, moisture-wicking and anti-bacterial.
Cons
Pants are long for waist size, no button fly.
These lounge pants by Male Power are just as comfortable as you'd like them to be. The material is a combination of bamboo and spandex. This special blend is supposed to be anti-bacterial and moisture-wicking. Since these pants are so nice and comfortable, I did not bring myself to workout or exercise in them, so I cannot attest to exactly how moisture-resistant or anti-bacterial they are. Certainly, they are very cool. They are so cool, in fact, that they can be a bit chilly in the fall and winter months, as the material hangs loosely. The band of the pants is elastic and will expand to 3 or 4 inches in waist size. Adding a couple of pounds over the holidays won't be a big deal for many. However, the fabric of the waistband is not nearly as smooth as the rest of the pants, slightly taking away from the silky experience.
There are a few drawbacks, besides the waistband fabric, that keep these pants from being perfect, in my opinion. First, I found that the waistband size did not match well with the length. The waist size for me was large (36-38"), but the length of the pants was well over 32" long. I am about 6' tall, and anything over 32" in length is too long to walk around in without stepping on the cuffs. Although not a major drawback, it is an inconvenience since I want to keep these in good condition.
Two other features that are missing in these pants include a button fly or pockets. Many wearers may think of these features as being unnecessary, but for me, a button fly and pockets add to the functionality and usefulness of lounge pants.
The box that these pants come in isn't exactly discreet, but it's certainly not provocative or suggestive. It features an attractive male model wearing the pants with his shirt off in a front view and a back view. The pants themselves come wrapped in plastic. Finally, these pants are machine washable but should be tumble dried on cool, not warm.

Experience
I actually did not wear these pants for very long. After observing them and making notes for my review, I tried them on for a while, walking about the house. After a few minutes, the long pant length began to annoy me. Combined with the lack of a button fly and pockets, I decided that the cons outweighed the pros. Sadly, the trial run wearing the bamboo lounge pants became my one and only time wearing it. I usually do not write a review with only one experience, but my feelings about these pants were strong enough that I decided I should. Of course, I could have had these altered at a tailor, but that would be more than the price of the pants.
Follow-up commentary
20 days after original review
I may have been a little too critical of the long pant legs earlier. Some people like long sleeves or long pant legs. Whichever side you're on, the material is very soft and smooth and feels great.
