I first tried using this with the donuts. Unfortunately, my testicles got sucked up into the tube because the donuts are very thin. Ouch!!!! So, consequently I only use the included masturbating sleeve. It's super soft and tight.

My second use I pushed myself into the masturbator opening and it sucked me up within seconds. There are 3 settings. The second was more than enough to get me totally up. I generally only use the pump to maintain my erection for 10 minutes max. Too long and too strong can make blood vessels pop. I had learned that the hard way.
