Tor II not as Good as the original. Too small and not elastic enough for an average sized package.
The Tor II is a disappointment after the original. The new design is clearly cheaper to make, which would not be a problem if they did not make the ring smaller and less elastic. They need to refine the design using a more elastic silicone rubber and with a bigger sized ring.

Pros
More Powerful vibrator.
Cons
Too small, not elastic enough, painful to get on.
I love the original Tor vibrating cock ring. When I saw the Tor II advertised, with twice the power, I had to try it. It is very disappointing. It IS more powerful, but the original design is much better. The original design was two pieces, the vibrator which had basically a rail onto which you slid the separate, and very subtly designed, ring. The original ring design had a hard plastic base that slid onto the vibrator, and merged seamlessly with the silicone ring. The construction quality was superb.
The new design is clearly less expensive to make. The ring is all silicone rubber, and has an area that wraps around the vibrator, i.e. you slip the vibrator into, for lack of a better word, a pouch in the ring. Conceptually there is nothing wrong with that design. But they made two other changes that create two problems. First the ring is too small. Second the ring is not sufficiently elastic. You can shrink the ring diameter if you want, as long as it is at least as elastic as the old ring, preferably more elastic. It is not, it just won't stretch enough.
I hate to admit it but I am not overly endowed. I take comfort from being right on average, 6 inches, but no more. Nor are my testes particularly large. Putting the new Tor II on is an exercise in cock, and especially ball, torture. The ring just won't stretch enough to slip my balls through without crushing them a little in the process. And it is work to get it on and consequently it takes too long.
The first one I bought broke the second time I tried to get it on. When I tried to stretch it enough to get over my balls, the silicone rubber split right at the seam in the middle of the ring. Lelo's service was great. They replaced it right away. I sent in the old one and had the new one back in exactly a week. But the break clearly demonstrates the problems. The ring is too small, and the rubber is not elastic enough. It is so inelastic that it broke while putting it on an average size package.
I don't know how they sized the new version, unless they designed it for the Asian market, but for most European and American men it is pretty clearly too small.
To be fair the vibrator is clearly more powerful than the original, but that does not offset the size and stretch problem.

Thanks for the review! I've seen other reviews mentioning the same problem with elasticity. There's no excuse for that in such an expensive item.
