Make sure you either have a controller already or purchase it with this item; I already had one, so I didn’t have to get a remote control. The e-stim is pretty strong; I like the tingly feeling it gives inside me, the sleeve fits perfectly on my boyfriend, and the clit stimulators at the top are magical!

I’ve never even used a cock sleeve before, so this is very new for me, but I am lucky to get to start with this one. You can also just use it without it being plugged in and without the e stim, I have, and it is great, but I definitely prefer it with the e stim remote control.
