This came with a large 2" plastic bullet connect to a battery control unit. It has a dial control to take it from low to high intensity. Runs on 2 AA batteries (not included). Inserting the batteries was a little challenge. You have to unhinge the tab on the bottom then slide the back door downward.

There were no instructions included. I guess one was supposed to push it in (lube first for easier insertion) and let it vibrate the sleeve as your penis/cock is inside.
