In the box, the ring comes in a simple plastic packaging. In the ring is a small piece of cardboard to maintain the ring's shape. Simply remove this before use.

All in all, we were both quite disappointed with this girth ring. It did not provide any additional stimulation for my wife, and the slight erection enhancement it provided for me was not worth the discomfort that I experienced while wearing it. Maybe it's just us, and this thing may work wonders for another couple. But to be frank, I don't see us really ever using it again.
