This flashlight has a secret.
The Puma Swede by Fleshlight is male masturbator with a realistic looking vaginal entrance. It's realistic skin feel combined with the ability to control suction make this a great masturbator. The Puma's casing allows for some privacy. The only real drawback is that it's very, very difficult to clean.

Pros
Discreet, realistic tight feel, can change suction.
Cons
Very, very difficult to clean.
Fleshlights are the #1 male sex toy in the world. I've tried quite a few masturbators and was quite happy to be able to finally see how Fleshlights measured up. I received one from the Fleshlight Girls line, specifically Puma Swede. Puma came packaged in a simple cardboard box, in a plastic bag. Also in the box was a pamphlet showcasing the other Fleshlights available in this line along with cleaning and safety instructions. A sample of water based lubricant is included, as this is the only type of lube that should be used.
The Fleshlight Girl's series all contain the new "Lotus" sleeve. I can only describe it as a tight circle, followed by a series of chambers. A photo can be found on the website. I took the cap off, used ample amount of lubricant, and entered Puma. Once I got past the 1 1/2" cushion that is the entrance, I could feel the tight circle and chambers circling me. It was a nice tight fit, but I'm sure that this would accommodate a wide variety of men because the material stretches so well.
Something extremely important when using Puma is to know that the bottom cap can be tightened or loosened to increase suction. Being curious, I tried taking off the cap entirely and plugged the end of the sleeve. This increases suction ten fold and provides one mind numbing orgasm.
Cleaning this toy is a whole different story. It's difficult. After washing the case and setting it aside, I started on the sleeve. After having more masturbators go bad due to faulty cleaning than I care to admit, I was determined to not let Puma meet the same fate. Fleshlight recommends only Hot water and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol if needed. I ran multiple gallons of water through this. Once you're sure this is thoroughly dry, sprinkle corn starch on the outer and what you can reach of the inner sleeve. I leave my bottom cap off when storing, just in case I missed some water.
Fleshlight's interior is made of their patented material, Superskin. As it is porous, if you ever plan on sharing it, everyone needs to be wearing a condom. Fleshlight discourages sharing this and I agree. Using a condom really dampens the sensations and I also tend to be greedy.
A nice touch of the Fleshlights is that you can buy new sleeves to put in the same case. This is particularly helpful as cleaning these are very difficult. Overall Fleshlights, and particularly Puma, have lived up to some of the hype. It did feel very good, but not more-so than some other masturbators I own. The ability to control suction was very nice and the discreet case will be a major selling point for some. I enjoyed using Puma and plan on keeping her around.

Very nice review, you and I both agree that the cleaning is the big drawback of Fleshlights in general. It kind of freaked me out when they talked about black spots (mold) in one of the FAQs. That's only if it doesn't dry out between cleanings, but it sounds like you've got that covered. That does make for a pretty decent looking fake vagina|, though.

I actually had a sleeve mold on me. Gross, but true. I had used it, fell asleep, and completely forgot about it. A week later I found it under the bed. NASTY. Thanks for the comment.
