Vibrating cock ring
by Lover's Choice Inc.

The Vibrator is disposable, the V-Ring is a keeper.

The Ophoria V-Ring No 5 is a generously sized, silicone cock ring. The included micro bullet lasts 40 minutes. After is dies, it can be removed so the cock ring may be reused. As it is silicone, it can be sanitized between partners. The clitoral stimulator is small and may not reach all women though.

The Ophoria V-Ring No 5 came in a simple box with a viewing window. There are instructions in four languages on the back as well as a photo showing how to use this cock ring. The photos show the cock ring being used with a condom, but it can also be used without one as well.

The ring appears small at first having an unstretched diameter of 1 3/8”. The silicone stretches very well though: fully stretched this cock ring measures 2 ½” in diameter, this should accommodate most men. You can get it to stretch further than that, but the silicone would be very tight on the skin.

The bullet is an inch long and about 1 ¼” in diameter. It is virtually silent and decently strong for its size. The vibrator should last for approximately 40 minutes. Ophoria recommends not trying to replace the battery. Purchasing a similarly sized micro bullet would allow you to continue using the cock ring as a vibrating cock ring. The cock ring also works well for its intended purpose, so you could continue to use (and sanitize) the ring on its own.

After applying a condom, simply lubricate the penis with a small amount of water based lubricant, slip the V-Ring on (careful not to catch it on pubic hair, if applicable), and slide the switch to start the vibrations. The cock ring does a good job of restricting blood flow to the penis making your partner feel firmer and larger. The clitoral stimulator is small, so it may not reach all women adequately.

The V-Ring No 5 is made of “100% pure Japanese platinum silicone”. Only water based lubricant should be used with this material. Silicone can be cleaned using toy cleaner, soap and warm water. It also can be sanitized if you plan on sharing it. Simply take vibrator out: boil it for 3 minutes, put it in the dishwasher (top rack, no soap), or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution (rinse after!).

Also, always remember cock ring safety. Anything that restricts blood flow to the penis has the possibility of damaging the penis. Recommended wearing times vary, but one should always promptly remove the cock ring if the penis would go numb or change colors.

Are the little inner ridges felt when worn? Compared to other rings you've tried do the inner ridges make a difference at all?

    Awesome review Smile

Thanks for asking this. They were not noticed at all, which is probably why I completely forgot to mention them in the review. Thanks for the comment!

Out of curiosity, is battery replacement "not recommended" but doable or almost impossible?
How does it feel on? It looks narrower than some cock rings - is this an issue?
  • Contributor: Beautiful Dreamer
ScottA- I can't see any way of opening the battery compartment without destroying the vibrator. As far as it feels on, my partner said that it felt like any other flexible cock ring. Tight, but not too tight. It is slightly narrower- it wasn't an issue but may become over for men that are 2"+ in diameter.

Great review! This is also a great price for a silicone cock ring! I may have to get this one! Smile

Yea, these Ophoria rings are too good to throw away. They make silicone that feels THAT good and they expect it to be disposable? lol.
  • Contributor: PurpleReign
Does Ophoria really market this as a disposable ring? That seems a real waste...

How easy is it to extract the dead bullet without damaging the silicone?

  • Contributor: Beautiful Dreamer
PurpleReign- The bullet is disposable. And the bullet slips out quite easily with no damage done to the silicone. Thanks for the comment,

I just got one of these and I'm wondering what would make a good replacement bullet for this toy. The compartment on the V-Ring seems so small!
