The Vibrating "O" Plus Hair removal!
If your looking for a very painful bikini wax then this would be the product to buy. The Vibrating "O" Plus did not bring either of us even remotely close to the big "O" unless they meant for it to be the big "O"uch! If your looking for a cock ring with a vibrator, I highly recommend that you keep on looking because this one will just aggravate you and your partner so save yourself some frustration!

Pros
Quiet, stretchy, reusable.
Cons
Hard to get on and off, pulls hair, not enough power.
Well, the Vibrating "O" Plus is definitely different but it's not necessarily different in a good way. It's different in a strange, what exactly were they thinking, kind of way. I guess it's not really all bad though, especially if you are looking for a costume for your cock. I say this because the webbed TPR sleeve reminds me of Spiderman's webs. The TPR is very stretchy and almost clear, not white like in the product picture. The inside of the sleeve measures 5 ½" but again, it's very stretchy to accommodate many lengths. Atop this sleeve is a firm TPR covered plastic vibrator, that adds another 1 ½" to your length.
The idea of this is pretty good in theory but it just didn't pan out for us. The first problem was encountered during its first use. I had the sleeve on and was all systems go, until we couldn't get it to vibrate when it was inserted inside of my wife. It takes very little pressure pushing on the top with your fingers to activate the vibration, but there is nothing inside of my wife's vagina to apply pressure to the top to activate it unless I'm hitting her cervix or something. We decided to take it off, switch it to the constant on position and try again.
I rolled the sleeve off of the vibrator in the tip to find the plastic vibrator encased in another TPR cover with an ity bity hole that did stretch out enough to free the actual vibrator. Then I had to replace both of the TPR covers and put the sleeve back on while it buzzed away in my hands. This was kind of annoying and it's a very buzzy, high pitched vibration. By the time all of this was accomplished, my wife was leaning back on her pillows reading a book. I took her book away and convinced her to try again. This time was a little better because it was vibrating, but she said it was a very light, almost fluttering kind of vibration and wasn't very pronounced when used internally. She also said the TPR head felt odd and unrealistic. It didn't hit her G-spot or anything either.
I can't say that I enjoyed it very much myself either. The vibrations didn't do anything for me and it didn't prolong my orgasm at all, though I'm not sure it's supposed to. I think its main design is to add length. While it did add length, I found that the vibrating head kept trying to stay inside my wife when I pulled out. The sleeve would just kind of stretch instead of the whole unit retracting. I was actually afraid that it may let go and come smacking into the head of my dick at one point! Luckily, it didn't. So while it's a good idea in theory, it just didn't do it for either one of us.
The Vibrating "O" Plus is made from TPR and only had a faint scent when removed from its packaging. TPR is porous so you shouldn't share it unless you cover it with a condom for safety. You can clean it with antibacterial soap and water, or toy cleaner. It's safe to use either water or silicone based lubes with TPR.
While the two included watch batteries were not powerful enough for us, at least they can be changed so this toy can be used again. I won't be using it again, but hopefully it will work out better for others. Since it takes watch batteries, it's really very quiet and I couldn't hear it outside the bedroom door at all but it's too bad it wasn't more powerful. It's just too much trouble to deal with all of the TPR sleeves too. If you're looking for a great couples toy, I'd highly recommend the We-Vibe over this! It's well worth the extra cost and you'll both be very pleased.

Experience
My experience with this sleeve wasn't as pleasant as I would have liked it to be. It's difficult to get on and off. The webbed sleeve got twisted and turned on the shaft of my penis and was difficult to straighten out once I got it on. If you have hair down there, you won't when you take this off because it will pull it out! My wife was not impressed by the vibrations of this vibrator, she even told me that she didn't want to see it on me again or I was going to be divorced! All in all, this was a bust for us when we used it.
