This handheld sleeve is the perfect toy for couples or solo play! I originally got it for my husband to use as a solo toy. Now I find it's great for giving him an exciting hand job. It's very pliable, so you have to squeeze it firmly the whole time or it will "pop" off of the penis. it creates a decent sucking sensation according to my husband. He enjoys using it to stimulate the head of his penis rather that fully inserting himself into it.

We were hesitant to try this sleeve because it is made with TPE. TPE is more porous than silicone, and TPR toys cannot be disinfected with boiling water. It also has a really strong chemical smell when you first get it.

The texture is very "marshmallow" like. Soft, squish, and very pliable. It feels delicate, but trust me, he's put it through it's paces! It is very durable. The inside of the sleeve has bumps and ridges. They are the same marshmallow soft texture and my hubby says they feel great.

Keep this one in a bag or box because it's a total lint magnet! Just touching it to our bathroom towel for drying and it was covered in fuzzies. We store it in an empty baby wipe container!

The shape and design is very cool. My husband liked that it wasn't flesh colored. He said the flesh colored ones freak him out a bit. In his words "The 'realistic' ones make me feel like I'm fucking a corpse!". To each his own, I guess, but he enjoys that the black color makes him feel less like a necrophiliac and more like just a dude fucking a toy!

My husband isn't a huge guy, but he's average and it feels like it fits him very well. The tacky feel of it does however tend to pull on his pubic hair. He doesn't like that!

Although you can't boil this one to disinfect, there are no mechanical or electrical components so it is waterproof. We use an antibacterial toy cleaner and hot water to wash it. There is no opening in the back for fluids to come through, so you do have to be careful when washing the inside of it. You can turn it inside out, but it's not recommended because over time that will degrade the toy. Just make sure to flush the cavity well with hot water to remove any lube, semen, or soap.

The Si-x sleeve needs to be stored in a place were lint and dust aren't likely to be. It's a link trap! We keep ours in an empty baby wipe container, but any toy storage bag or box should be fine.

The packaging is simple and covered with foreign text. There is a small portion in English, but it's broken English and makes little sense. There are no care instructions either. It comes in a small plastic bag inside a cardboard box. It also comes with a sample size pack of lube. The lube smelled horrible and we threw it away.

Our main gripe with this one is that it's a lube whore! I'm not sure if it's the material or interior shape, but it requires a lot of lube!
