The Big O is made to place on the male penis during intercourse. It is used to give clitoral stimulation and also as a cock ring to help keep an erection. It can also be worn with the vibe aimed towards the male's testicles to give them stimulation. Other ways it could be used: placed on your dildo during solo use, or just for sensation play.

The Big O ring is made out of TPR silicone. I would suggest using non-silicone lubes with it. Overall, it is very smooth. It does have tiny little bumps over the bullet area, although they cannot be felt during use. It is very stretchy and retracts right back to original size. I personally did not think it had any smell to it at all.

The Big O is super light-weight and measures 1.5" unstretched and 2" stretched, so it should fit the average penis. My hubby is about 5 1/2" around and it fit him comfortably. He had no trouble getting it on. Once it was on he said it was very comfortable. After intercourse it was time to take it off; he hated this part! He said it was not so comfortable. He said it was pulling some of his hairs out; then he tried pulling it, to stretch it, to get removed but because of the wetness it kept slipping out of his fingers. He had to kind of roll it off (like you would roll on condom on) and pull on the bullet part at the same time.

For me the Big O Ring vibrations were pretty weak. I do require a lot of power for my vibrations, so it may be okay for some. It is very simple to turn on; you simply push the button on the side of the bullet. It does have two different settings. If you only push the button once, it is straight vibrations. Push the button a second time and you will get patterned vibrations. It has 9 different patterns, but they are all looped together. If you then push the button a third time, it will turn the bullet off.
As I said, the vibrations were to weak for me. It was fun to try and brought a little pleasure for my spouse and I, but nothing major.

It requires 2 watch batteries for the bullet, so it is reusable.

The Big O ring is very simple to clean. I just slid the bullet out and washed the TPR silicone part with warm, soapy water. I then let it sit out to air dry. I washed the bullet separate and also let it dry separate. Once completely dry, I re-inserted the bullet and stored it in a pouch. I would not recommend storing it touching other TPR silicone toys to avoid a reaction.

The packaging it came in was a tiny foil packet. It was clear on the front and silver on the back. It almost reminded me of a condom wrapper. There were no directions with it, and it had minimal writing. The packet it came in is not meant to be reused.
