The body of the toy is made from smooth, soft quality silicone. There was no smell out of the box. The charging cord is a magnetic type and seems to be made to last. Inside of ball basket is a hard plastic rectangle. Approximately 1/2” wide and 3/4” tall, and is central to the basket on the back side. This plastic part is where the vibration comes from. When using the basket, the vibrator is supposed to be between both balls. There is an area at the bottom of the basket that I believe the batteries are stored. The basket itself is stretchy at the top, making it so you can open the basket some for ease of use.

I personally don’t have large balls, but I’ve found it a tight fit inside the basket. The shape of the toy, for me at least, was about what my ball sack would be if I were about mid-way dropped. At first, getting my balls into the toy was difficult. At first, I put the loop end over my shaft and put the basket right under my balls. This made it hard to get them in comfortably.
