I remember once someone asking me what the difference was between pink and purple. After being unable to answer, they replied "How tight your grip is." Well I can say for sure, the grip of these Magic C-Rings by California Exotic will lead to purple.

They can be used either around the penis alone or the penis and scrotum. When placing over a flaccid penis, just gently pull the penis through and snug the ring near the base. However, if you are feeling daring, ever so gently and with the use of a little water based lube, pull the scrotum through one testicle at a time and then the flaccid penis. The rings are stretchy, but I wouldn't risk stretching them over an erection and testicles for fear of the snap once you let go. Stretching over an erect penis would be safe though.

Being made of TPR silicone makes them both safe to use and gives them decent stretch. We have tried other stretch rings in the past only to have them snap from being to tight or way to flexible (Like having to double it over to get it to stay on) because of poor material choices when being crafted. I'd have to say that the silicone seems to be holding out just fine despite the tight fit.

The 3 rings each have their own design, mostly for looks than feeling. But you can see the difference and feel it somewhat. The first ring has 7 small knobs and one "finger"-like piece on the outside of it. The "finger" can be placed top or bottom side for her when worn on penis alone, while it can be worn downwards when wrapped around both penis and scrotum for a little extra feeling for him. This ring has a 3-inch relaxed circumference. The second ring, which is also 3 inches relaxed, has 5 stars on it. One point on each of the stars are pointed inward. They are a little flexible, but you may not want them poking your testicles. Or maybe you do, your choice. The third is a little smaller at only 2.5 inches relaxed and has 3 hearts on it. Once again, the points are pointed inside the ring, so careful with the equipment.

Caring for these is a simple task, especially for the seasoned toy users. Warm water and some antibacterial soap is needed after use, and if there is an unwelcome odor present, can be washed prior to use also. Depending on who may open your dishwasher, you could also wash these in a basket in there if you receive ones with a strong smell and you wish to reduce it. Boiling I believe is also allowed, but as it isn't an internal toy, may be over the top. Your call. Also, avoid silicone based lubes unless you do a drop test with your specific brand. Water lubes are safe.

We keep the rings stored in the original package they come in as it isn't large and guarantees they keep their shape. It's an easy snap open case.

One thing to keep in mind is while these rings do stretch, large men may find then a bit tight if they are not familiar with using rings. While this is my fourth set of rings, they are the first tight set I have used around my balls and penis. I would have to say if I hadn't used rings before, I probably would have freaked. Flaccid, take a string and place the beginning of it on the top of your penis, wrap behind the top of your scrotum, and back onto your limp penis. Measure the string where it came back to the start, and then divide by 3.14 to get the diameter. Mine is 2.5 inches, and with rings that are only 1 inch diameter relaxed, you can imagine the tightness. So be careful. But remember, you can use these as just cock rings. Still tight, but not as much worry about too tight.

Dudes, beware. I hadn't trimmed up downstairs in awhile, and threw one of these on in a hurry (spur of the moment sex) over an already erect penis. Which means I had to stretch it open and place at the base, worked great, but when it came time to clean up, wholly crap. I had unfortunately got hair tangled around it and couldn't get them to let go because the relaxed circumference of the ring is a lot smaller than my flaccid penis.
