The Dolphin Cock Ring is basically a cock ring with an added testicle ring and a dolphin shape that houses a bullet and has nubs to stimulate the woman being penetrated by the wearer. The Dolphin Cock Ring is made of TPR , which is a composite of silicone and plastic. It's soft and feels like firm jelly, has a rubbery drag to it, and stretches quite a bit. The opening of the smaller ring goes from a diameter of almost three-quarters of an inch:

It's a fairly smooth material with a few imperfections, and although the seam is clearly visible down the center of the dolphin, the material is so soft, the seam itself can't be felt. I suppose the first thing I would address is adjustability. There are a couple of different ways it can be worn (around just the cock or, for added stability, with the larger ring around the testicles) as well as having the option of sliding it up or down the shaft to reach the woman's clit and labia better, though it's recommended that it be worn only at the base of the penis.

Another way it's adjustable is by inserting or removing the bullet. When the bullet is not in the dolphin, he is fairly straight with only a little curve to him. As soon as the bullet is inserted, because of the bullet's position not in the middle of the dolphin but actually quite close to his "spine," the stretch of the hole actually bends the dolphin forward quite a bit more than I expected.

I have also heard that if worn so the dolphin is underneath the testicles rather than on top, depending on which way he is faced he can be quite stimulating to either partner's anus, though we haven't tried that yet. So for a cock ring, this baby is actually pretty versatile.

It's easy to put on and take off, though my boyfriend did mention that it pulls his pubic hair a little bit. That can be avoided with a shave or trim, I'd expect, but it didn't really bother him. Being stretchy, as well as its welcoming pink color and added stimulation from the bullet, I would definitely think that this would be a great first ring for people who aren't sure if a cock ring is for them, or who have little to no experience with cock rings. It does what it's supposed to, and doesn't seem to do anything it's not meant to.

This toy is of course, first and foremost, a cock ring. It functions to support the penis and restrict blood flow just enough to maintain a harder, longer-lasting erection, and it does this quite well. But it also comes with a bullet. This bullet has seven patterns of vibration, which is nice, but you click the button once to turn it on, and then you have to scroll through all seven patterns to turn the bullet off. This is a battery killer.

The first three "patterns" are just increasing intensities of flat vibration (I like Mode Three the best). After that there are a few different patterns, which personally do nothing for me, and then the last setting is what I like to call ARMAGEDDON MODE. It's another level of flat buzzing vibration, but this is different from the first three levels. It vibrates so intensely on the seventh mode that after only a minute of use, I was completely desensitized. I couldn't orgasm, I couldn't even feel my clit or outer labia. Inside with the toy, bullets, and battery, there is a paper insert that tells us what the toy it, boasts "Dual stimulation for female!" and gives directions for the use and care of the toy. Overall the package is covered with bad English ("The nodules on cockring for added stimulation of female external labium" and "Enjoying the vaginal and clitoral orgasm at the same time!") and claims of seven patterns of vibration, waterproof, and exclamation points. On a hilarious side note, it says not to use on "open wounds, skin lacerations, or swollen or inflamed areas." What do they think the penis does during sex anyway?

I'd like to take this opportunity to explain the application and wearing of a cock ring.

The usual cock ring is just that: A ring. It's meant to be worn at the base of the penis around the testicles and is applied like this:
1) Start with a flaccid, unaroused penis.
2) Place the cock ring in front of the scrotum and pop your lower-hanging testicle through it.
3) Follow the first testicle with the second.
4) Slip your flaccid penis through the ring after your testicles.

This cock ring is almost like stretchy a cock-and-ball cage, and can be applied differently:
