Pros
Very effective, versatile and in expensive
Cons
Sizing can be an issue
For those who read my reviews - you know I tend to be long winded or is it worded? In any case, the Super Soft C Ring (SSCR) is such a simple - and I'm pleased to report effective device, that a ton of words are not necessary - hence this short-form review.
The Tantus SSCR is to state the obvious a cock ring - but even you don't have a cock, read up, because you are likely to have a partner that does (no disrespect to lesbians who will not likely be reading this in any case).
The basics (my measurements):
Outside diameter: 1.75"
Inside diameter: 1.5"
Height: 0.5"
Maximum stretch: 4" (the specs call for 3" - so it may be that stretching beyond 3" could damage the toy)
The ring is made of a soft formulation of premium silicone to enhance it's ability to stretch and conform to a wide range of sizes - and even uses. Mind you, this is not the soft that you experience with dual-density silicone like VixSkin or O2. No doubt Tantus uses a unique formula to deliver unique capabilities.
There are two primary and two secondary ways to use the SSCR:
Primary 1: As a cock-only ring. With an inside diameter of 1.5", it's a good size for me to use simply by wearing it at the base of my erection. Because it's stretchy, you can put it on early or late in the game. As you might have guessed - this is my preferred use of the SSCR. For some one my size, this is the most comfortable use.
Primary 2: As a cock-and-ball ring. Stretching out the ring to encircle both as you would with a metal ring like the Omega. I've done this - and it works - maybe a little too well. I found the constriction too intense and simply prefer my stainless steel Omega for cock-and-ball use.
Secondary 1: As a ball-only ring. The SSCR can easily stretch to encircle your testicles - I don't see why you'd want to, unless there is some BDSM thing you like.
Secondary 2: As top-of-cock ring. This involves slipping the SSCR just past the corona and staying there instead of all the way down to the base of your cock. Again - I personally don't see any advantage to this.
Then there are the creative types who say you can combine several SSCRs. Very creative, and the SSCR is inexpensive enough that ordering several will not break the bank.
Packaging: The ring comes in a small attractive blister-pack that can be used for storage - but it would take up more space than storing it in another way.
Clean-up: Premium silicone is the best, simply wash with mild soap and water, dry and place in place separated from your other silicone toys until you are ready to go again.

Experience
Since I'm a cock-and-ball ring guy - my first attempt to use the SSCR was in that way. I've really got the hang of placing my SS Omega in place (it requires a certain technique) - but I found the SSCR much more difficult to put on - and if you've got pubic hair - LOOK-OUT - this thing will tear hair out in major chunks! Not a problem for me - but just the same it does constrict a lot - and pinched me a fair amount.
After finally getting it in place - the results were impressive. I certainly got harder and larger than when using the Omega - and had no problem reaching orgasm. Post-orgasm the ring did quite a good job of helping me maintain my erection for a good 4-5 minutes. Something my wife certainly appreciates.
Looking at a full erection with the SSCR in cock-and-ball position is interesting. The veins bulge and I turned an almost angry shade of red. I can easily see why they recommend limiting usage to 20-30 minutes. In fact - if you have health problems, this may not be a good choice for you.
Speaking of the wife - she was not a big fan of me using cock rings early on - but when she noticed that my erections were larger, harder and lasted longer - no more complaints!
My second go around with the SSCR was a cock-only trial. I was skeptical - I really didn't think it would work. Wrong - it worked great. I happen to be the right size for the SSCR. Some reviewers report that it was too tight for them - others that is was too big - but for me it's Goldilocks heaven 'Just right!'
Although the veins pop-out and I turned red again - it is noticeably less than in cock-and-ball mode. For me the is the most comfortable way to use the SSCR.
The advantage for me is that I can grab this and put it on even if erect - when its not possible to put my Omega on. The SSCR is stashed with my favorite rings - and gets more use than any other - except the Omega.
The SSCR is subtle - the Omega is in-you-face manly - and that's still my preference.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I still like this product because of it's versatility.
98% of the time I wear my brushed-steel Omega because its impervious to all lubes and it just looks fabulous.
I use the SS C-ring when I've waited too long and already have an erection and the Omega will not go on. It doesn't look as good - and I have to avoid silicone lube, but it does help me stay hard longer.
For the price - its an accessory that you should not be without.
