Snug..without pinching!
Overall this is a fun lasso style cock ring that has some great design features to avoid pinching. You can experiment with where the straps feel best...base of shaft or around the testicles...and where the vibrating bullet is placed. Trust me...you'll be able to tell which he likes best! I didn't find this to be very stimulating for me, other than the fact that a turned on partner is definitely stimulating for all!

Pros
Versatile positioning - fun to experiment with! Nice design to avoid any pinching!
Cons
Straps slipped out of the holder when wet.
The Vibro Lasso is a traditional cock ring/lasso with a few twists. We do have a few other rings and even another lasso, but have always shied away from the built-in vibs as we didn't really see the point. However, this lasso did prove to be a fun toy to try out!
As always from EF, the shipment arrived in an unmarked package, this time a thick shipping envelope. Inside was the toy and an instruction manual, which is basically a serious of warnings not to leave this on too long. The batteries are included but it proved a bit tricky to get the bullet running. Here's the trick, you have to remove the bullet from the holder, then you can unscrew it. There is a small paper tab separating the top, the part that unscrews, from the base. However, at least in ours the batteries were also installed upside down. Sooo....remove from the sleeve, unscrew, remove paper tab, replace the top, and push the button. If nothing happens, remove the top again and flip the 3 batteries around.
The lasso itself is silicone, so it is slightly stretchy and smooth, especially with a little water-based lube. As opposed to a cock ring which is simply stretched or rolled onto the penis, a lasso is designed to go where you want it, then tighten down. Another lasso we have has two beads that cinch down to tighten. This works well, but I've been told that if you're not careful you can pinch the skin a bit. Nothing that has ever caused any harm, but I have notice he holds his breath just a bit when I'm tightening things down.
This lasso has a few nice features to avoid this pinching. First, as you see from the picture, it has a slight curve built into the portion that holds the bullet. This curve allows it to wrap around without pinching. The sliding clip is slightly wider, also serving to keep the straps just a bit apart to avoid any sensitive skin getting tugged on.
The bullet itself is not the strongest, but it is also almost silent, so not bad overall. Not sure how long those three little watch batteries are going to last though....we'll see. You can remove the bullet from the holder and use it as a nipple teaser or clit stimulator, but that's not what this toy is designed for!
We could think of two obvious placements, with the bullet on top, or tucked beneath.
On top, the straps wrap around the base of the shaft, or even behind the scrotum. This was nice, and did provide a good squeeze. However, I have to admit it didn't do a whole lot for either of us. There's not as much stimulation by vibrating the top of shaft especially at the base. Also, the only way it would really do anything for me is if he stayed still, with the bullet somewhat (but not quite) against my clit.
However, flipping everything around proved to be quite nice! By positioning the bullet behind the scrotum and tightening the straps, the squeeze was great and his testicles received a pleasant buzz the whole time. I could tell he definitely approved. This position also allowed for easy access to tighten or loosen the straps as needed.
We did find the straps to slip out of the holder a little more easily than we would like, especially when wet and slippery, but overall things held together nicely.
