The 7 Stimulating Ring set by Dr. Johnson is very versatile when it comes to uses. If you can think it, it can probably do it. These stretchy sleeves can accommodate big or small, and gives you free reign to let your imagination do the thinking. I tried them on my partner during sex, on my toys during solo and foreplay, and on our fingers, all of which felt amazing.

These sleeves are listed as being made out of TPR Silicone, which has a level 6 safety rating. Because of the silicone, they should not be used with a silicone-based lubricant; water-based is recommended.

There is a slight smell when first opening the product, but nothing that hangs around for a while or is strong enough to ruin the mood. Clean-up is easy; just rinse with warm soapy water, and you're all set.

The pack comes with one large sleeve, and 6 smaller ones, in varying bumps, nubs, rings, and spikes.

The large sleeve is larger and thicker than the others. Because of it's thickness, it is harder to stretch than the others, and can feel tighter for the man during intercourse. The bumps on this one are huge and feel great- but the thickness of it turned us both off. My husband didn't feel much of anything when wearing it, except constricted and tight. And I was getting sore and distracted from the thickness of the sleeve. I thought this one would be one of my favorites, for the added girth, when really it was one of our least favorites.

The next is a combo of bumps and spikes. After using the thick one first, this one was a relief. Just the right amount of texture, though while I enjoyed the bumps, I didn't feel the spikes much at all.

The third sleeve, with just the spikes, wasn't very enjoyable for me. I couldn't feel the thin spikes very much at all, but the small amount of added girth that all the small sleeves gave us was still nice.

Fourth is just the nubs, and my favorite out of all the sleeves. It is essentially the large sleeve toned down a bit to the perfect amount of thickness and texture. The bumps are noticeable during intercourse, and when used on my vibrator it made the toy feel completely different- in a good way!

Fifth, the triangles, were okay but nothing special. We only used this one once because I didn't really enjoy it, or notice much of a difference.

The thicker spikes were better than the smaller thinner spikes in the third sleeve. They were more obvious and I could feel them a lot stronger than on the other. We only used this one for a little bit because it got to be too sensitive after a while.

Finally, the ribbed sleeve. This is my second favorite, and I loved the sensations that it gave me. Being sensitive to textures and changes, this one was subtle enough for me to really enjoy all through sex, without getting overwhelmed by spikes, nubs, and big triangles.


When first getting these, I was skeptical about whether or not they would truly stretch to accommodate what I wanted for them, but I was happily surprised to see that they are very stretchy! As pictured above the thicker sleeve is not quite as forgiving, but the smaller ones very easily stretched out.

The sleeves come separated in a plastic base inside basic packaging. I would suggest getting something separately to store the sleeves in, as they are small and get lost or misplaced easily, and the packaging is not very convenient to reuse.
