While the traditional use of one of these extenders is to give a man a little bit extra for his partner, I have found these can also work well to turn an inadequate toy into a great one. How you use it depends entirely on your situation, but it can easily work for solo players or couples.

The shaft is textured and veined. There is little smell to the extender, and it's fairly stretchy.
