The design of the toy is great. It functions as intended to provide pressure on the shaft of the penis to enhance the hardness of erection. The 2nd loop keeps your balls nice and secure in front of the package. I believe the round hole is for your shaft and the two oval-shaped holes are for your balls and package. This worked best for me anyways. I tried it in reverse from this, and it still works, so it’s worth experimenting to see what works best per user experience. Size should fit most people. I’m considered average size, and it worked well for me. However, I noticed that it’s not good for long-term use. I recommend removing an hour or so into using to ensure blood flow to the area.

Installation was easy; I just flexed the soft silicone ring open over my shaft and pulled my balls through the bottom loop.
