The first thing is to clean the new toy. From the factory, Roxanna comes with a heavy coat of powder. This can be corn starch or talcum powder. This is going to be part of the smell out of the box. To wash the toy, a bathtub or large sink is ideal. Using a mild soap, wash inside and out of the toy. Never use hot water; anything below 110 is good. Never use anything other than mild soap to clean the toy. TPE is a porous product and will absorb cleaners or oils and will degrade your toy. After cleaning the toy for the first time, you essentially wash away some oil from the toy. Once it’s washed you want to dry it thoroughly. Do not use heat to dry. Only air dry or cloth pat dry. Once it’s all cleaned, it should smell much less like it did. You will notice it becomes sorta sticky at this point, don’t be concerned, this is normal. The next step is to coat your toy with petroleum jelly or unscented baby oil. Wait for the oil to absorb into the material 12 hours for jelly or 2 hours for oil. Once done, wipe excess oil or jelly. Then finish conditioning with corn starch powder. Only use mineral oil or water-based lube. Some oil-based lubes may not be compatible with TPE. Once you finished having your way with Roxanna to clean body fluids out, put one or two tampons inside the dirty hole. This will absorb the lube and body fluids*
this is a tip and not required. Next, wash the dirty areas with mild soap water in a spray bottle and or a douche. Then rinse with fresh water. Then pat dry ensure all holes are dry before storing. Application of oil is recommended inside f**k holes to keep material conditioned. And protect from mold. Never store toys dirty or wet for long periods of time. Bacteria and mold can remove a TPE toy from your toy box.
Blacklist of harmful products
Alcohol:
Pure alcohol like rubbing alcohol, alcohol thinned with water, and products containing a lot of alcohol like baby wipes, disinfecting wipes, sprays and soaps, toy cleaners, etc. Alcohol produces micro-cuts (irreparable) and a dry-out effect (porous, cracked, and brittle ) inside the TPE structure.
Spray perfume only on clothing and/or wig before you put on your doll. Do not spray perfume directly on the doll's TPE surface.
Solvents:
All kinds of single solvents and solvent compounds like mineral spirits, odorless mineral spirits, paint thinner, nitro-thinner, and products containing solvents like alcohol-free baby wipes (includes ether and/or chlorine instead of alcohol), etc. Solvents will cause a dissolving process inside the TPE structure; this destruction of the block-copolymers is extremely harmful to TPE. Only official repair solvents for TPE dolls and their different TPE blends are allowed according to their repair manuals/videos and recommendations from the vendors and manufacturers.
Vegetable oil:
Products containing vegetable oil, like crèmes, soaps, shower gels with coconut oil, fruity oils, etc. Vegetable oils are sealing the TPE surface, and therewith the necessary breathing function of TPE is stopped.
Silicone oil:
Products like wet condoms (includes dimethicone) and silicone-based lube. Silicone oil influences the TPE structure and makes it harder, cracked, and brittle. Also, a shrinking process of the TPE can happen.
