The Ring of Passion was the first couples sex toy my boyfriend and I bought. I thought it would be something fun to spice things up a little bit (and boy was I right!). This toy has quickly become one of my favorites, and we're looking to upgrade it soon.

From my point of view, this toy is great. It hits the right spots and I love being able to control the speed of the vibration. It enables me to change how fast the bullet vibrates, and gives me much more control. The bullet is very powerful can be taken out of the ring and used on its own.

From my partner's point of view, this toy could use some work. The TPR silicone is quite sticky, which makes getting the ring on in the heat of the moment a little difficult. We tried putting lube around the inside of the ring, which did help it slide on much easier, but then the ring kept slipping around and wouldn't stay in the right spot. He does enjoy the toy, but not as much as I do.

The Ring of Passion is constructed out of TPR Silicone, making it easy to clean. Just remove the vibrating bullet, and use an anti-bacterial toy cleaner or run it under warm water and clean with soap. The vibrating bullet takes 2 AA batteries and has very decent battery life. This toy gets the most use out of anything else we have, and we have only had to replace the batteries a few times.

I would recommend this to couples looking to try out vibrating cock rings, however I would suggest looking into something like the Elite 7X cock ring. It is also made by California Exotic, and also has the hand-held control, but features a second ring which goes around the testicles, and would prevent the ring from sliding around. The Elite 7X also has different vibration patterns, which is something this toy lacks.

Overall, if you're looking for something inexpensive to spice up the bedroom this is a great option. If you're willing to spend a little more, you should look into some of the other vibrating cock rings out there with the extra features.

I've recently purchased a different vibrating cock ring, which has made this toy less of a favorite in the bedroom.

We did not experience the sliding problem with the new cock ring like we did with this one. The new ring has a second loop to go around the testicles, which helped solve the problem. The testicle ring also seemed to make more of a difference in prolonging my boyfriend's erection.

On the description for the Ring of Passion, the cock ring style is listed as "stretchy ring." The only accurate part of that statement is "ring" since I would hardly call it stretchy. I now think that the sliding problem was partly due to the stiffness of the ring itself. Since my new ring is much stretchier, it is easier to place it exactly where it needs to be without requiring lube, and is also able to fit better on the base of the penis.

There is one element of this toy that I prefer over the new ring. The clit stimulator on this cock ring protrudes out more and is much stiffer, which gives me more pleasure. I also prefer how its tickler was designed when compared to some other cock rings I have seen.

This will still have a place in my toy drawer, but has been replaced as a go-to toy. And now I must continue my quest for the perfect vibrating cock ring...
