The purpose of this ring is too keep your penis erect while having vaginal or anal sex. Also, while your pumping your penis. This can be used by any man, of any size. All I would say is make sure you are shaved or just use a lot of lube, because if you forget to shave and you decide to use it then it will pull the shit out of your pubic hair.

The ring is pretty hard to stretch when you first receive it, but after awhile it's fine. It's a smooth, small, white ring; nothing special about it. There is a very slight smell but it shouldn't bother you. This is a rubber ring, as it says, so that does mean it really shouldn't be used by multiple partners. It should be cleaned before and after use.
