Ridged Rider!
While most stretchy cock rings are best used as a vibrating decoration to help aide the woman, this ring is actually tight enough that men of virtually any size will be able to feel its effects. Really thick guys might want to think twice, but it is a good investment if you're looking into cock rings.

Pros
Will actually restrict blood flow in smaller penises, Bullet can be interchanged
Cons
Might be too tight for thicker penises
The packaging for this certainly isn't discreet, but isn't overly tacky either. It does have pictures of the product all over it, along with all of the normal claims stuff like this makes; that if offers extreme power, superior supports, and increased stamina with the magnets. The side also does mention that the ring is TPR, the magnets are nickel free, and the bullet is ABS plastic with a silver coating. There weren't any real instructions inside, but the ring and the bullet came in separate plastic bags and the bullet even came with an extra set of batteries.
The bullet itself is very similar to a lot of the bullets that Tantus includes with their dildos. It's about 2 1/4" long and about 2 1/2" around, and is plastic with a metallic coating. It uses 3 LR44 batteries and even comes with an extra set for when the first set runs out. It's got a total of 3 settings that you can run through by pressing the button on the side. The first setting is pretty low in strength, and pretty quiet. The second setting is more on par with what I think a lot of bullets run, pretty decent on strength, but a little louder. The third setting is not only the strongest, but also the loudest; probably not too difficult to hear through a closed door. Unless you've got a clit'o'steel, this setting should be more than enough to get you off. Unless of course you can't have anything to do with buzzy vibrations, because all three settings are pretty buzzy and whiney. If you do want different kinds of vibrations and have a bullet that you like that's about this size, you can definitely change them out.
The ring is pretty neat. There's the basic ring that houses two small magnetic balls, one on each side, a clit stimulator that houses the bullet, and a small anal/perineum stimulator. Everything about this ring is just the slightest bit chunky/thick with the ring portion being half an inch tall and 1/4" thick. Around the top of the outside of the ring is a series of 7 bumps. If you have really sensitive vaginal lips, you might be able to feel them but otherwise they're pretty much just decoration. The ring has an unstretched diameter of about 1", but will stretch up to about 2 1/4" or so. It is pretty hard to stretch, and will be pretty tight even on thinner penises, so keep that in mind.
The clit stimulator that houses the bullet comes out about an inch from the top of the ring and up an additional inch from the base. It's got a few ridges across the top flat surface to help stimulate the clit but the material is soft and flexible enough that all you can really feel is that it's not smooth. The other stimulator is a an oval shape that's also covered in ridges. It doesn't really do much either way, but if you really don't like it you can easily cut it off. It also comes up about an inch, but only comes out about 1/4". Everything is really squishy for the most part, although the thickness of the ring makes it a lot less squishy overall.
Cleanup is a breeze for both the ring and the bullet. Since the bullet has an o-ring that does keep water out, you can wash it in the sink with the ring in some warm soap and water. I do recommend separating them just to make sure that nothing hides between the ring and the bullet. You can safely use either water or silicone based lube in your sex sessions without worrying about damaging the ring, but you should make sure to store it on its own in a plastic bag to prevent it from interacting with other materials.
A few notes of caution for you real quick. You can absolutely use this with a condom, however you need to make sure that the base of the ring isn't around the base of the condom. The ring holding the condom in place could add a lot of unnecessary friction and cause the condom to break. You should also really pay attention to how long you have this on for. This ring is definitely on the tighter side and like all other cock rings, shouldn't be worn for more than 20 minutes or so unless you know exactly what you're doing. Because it is on the tighter side, if you start to feel uncomfortable at all, play it safe and just take it off.

Experience
I really wasn't expecting much from this ring, but I was pleasantly surprised when I did use it. It's really hard to tell if the magnets actually do anything since their whole claim is exactly what the ring would do on its own anyway, but they don't get in the way either. On a penis about 5 1/4" around, my husband was able to feel as thought there was actually some restriction of blood flow, and it did make him last longer. That was another huge plus for us, since because my husband is on the smaller side of average, most cock rings like this don't do anything more than just sit there and vibrate for me. The bullet was surprisingly powerful. Most of that was because I wasn't expecting one with 3 settings, so to get more than one was another big bogus for me.
Overall, I'm really happy with this ring. It probably isn't going to last forever, but based on the prices I've seen elsewhere it's a worthwhile investment and I'd buy it again for that price.
