Pump It Up!
If you are having problems getting hard, staying hard, or just want to get harder and perhaps see a little increase in size, or if you are just curious about pumps but don't want to put out the big bucks on an expensive one, the Head Coach Pump is a great way to experiment with them.

Pros
Easy to use, easy to clean, harder hard ons!
Cons
For the price it is great, it could use a gauge for safety
The Head Coach Pump is of course a penis pump. While I have heard of them being used on nipples and even the clitoris (not sure how they managed that), the true use is to fit it around a penis and create a suction to enhance an erection. For men with ED it can help them to get harder, and some men without ED use them for a bit of an increase in girth and length.
The Head Coach Pump was simple to use, just fit the penis into the tube, make sure the valve on the pump is closed, and squeeze the bulb to create a suction. Use lube to help create a seal against your skin.
While most may consider penis pumps a toy for couples, I think it may improve masturbation experience for men as well. That is purely speculation though. My boyfriend has only used it with me so far.
I did not notice a smell in relation to the pump, but my boyfriend washed it well when he took it out of the box, and honestly my face was not that close to it.
It was really easy to clean up, just washed it with soap and water both before and after use. We used water based lube with it because we were using a silicone cock ring.
I suggest reading up on penis pumps before trying one. The Head Coach Pump is considered a novelty pump, so I was impressed that it worked as well as it did. We read some articles over at Sexis and decided to try an inexpensive pump first before jumping into one of the more costly models. We figured if this one even came close to working for us, we could upgrade later. However, we did learn that there are some dangers to using penis pumps, so we took it slow and even kept a pair of scissors near by in case the cock ring had to be removed quickly.
As for portability, it is pretty large, but I have vibrators almost as big, so as long as you are packing a suitcase, it will be easy to take with you. The box is pretty flimsy and won't protect the pump much in my opinion, so you might want to protect it if you plan to travel with it. If the cylinder gets cracked I am sure it won't work.

Experience
This was our first experience with a penis pump and it was a trial run. My boyfriend does have problems with ED and Viagra does not help but the penis pump did help.
We did have to use it in conjunction with a cock ring, we tried out the Ring O cock ring which was very stretchy and did not require measurements. The cock ring helps to keep the blood from leaving the penis and therefore helps to maintain the erection.
So after getting the cock ring on, which is going to take a little more practice on my part, I was so afraid of hurting him that I had to have his help to do this. I lubed him up good and placed his penis in the tube. I let him pump the bulb though so he could stop if it felt uncomfortable or hurt. It only took a couple of squeezes of the bulb and he was hard enough to have sex! In fact, it was the hardest I have ever seen him, and it really excited me. I thought that stopping during foreplay to do all this might ruin the mood but it really didn't. It just built my excitement, and when I asked him afterward, he said it did the same for him.
We really kept an eye on the clock because we read that you shouldn't leave cock rings on for longer than 20 minutes and since this was our first time with both the pump and the cock ring, we really did not want to take any chances with injuring his cock. It did not take him 20 minutes to reach orgasm, and he did reach it even with the cock ring on.
We both agreed the sex was fantastic. We started off slow, but I think as he realized the erection was hard enough, he fucked me like he was 18 years old!
This is definitely something we are going to continue using and will be upgrading to a fancier model in the future, one with a gauge so we can use it more safely. Until that time though, we will keep using the Head Coach Pump, it worked wonders and both myself and my boyfriend loved the results!
