The Power Rock Vibrating Penis Sleeve is placed over an erect penis to give a little bit more girth, more texture and some vibes. The sleeve its self is a stretchy material. It fights tightly over the penis. My husband said it was pretty comfortable. It is VERY stretchy. It can be turned inside out for easy cleaning. The sleeve comes with a small vibrating piece that is removable. This piece is hard, but when in the sleeve it has a soft outer layer.

I didn't notice any odor from the toy. It is not sticky and doesn't pull any hair. It is very slick.

The sleeve is shaped just like a penis with some added ridges and "veins" for more stimulation. It is difficult to put on, but doesn't come off very easily, so it can be easily worn during sex. It is not really "adjustable" but it is stretchy, so it can fit most men. We learned that turning it partially inside out to put it on was the easiest way since it doesn't just slide on. Removal, however is much easier. it slides right off. The vibe that comes with it doesn't last very long, but it is a strong vibe. The vibe is pretty loud as well.

The vibrations are pretty good, but it is also pretty loud. The mini vibe is easy to turn off an on.

This toy should be cleaned inside and outside before and after use to keep it safe. Use a toy cleaning spray or warm water with non oily, mild soap. Store in a plastic bag.

The sleeve came in a sealed plastic bag, and then in a box.

The box has a giant picture of the sleeve on it, so it is not discrete at all! There were NO instructions on the box. It's more of a trial and error thing.

I wasn't sure about this. I thought that sex while using this wouldn't be as intimate, or passionate. It gives a lot more stimulation, and it is kind of fun. I was nervous about using it but I am kind of happy we got it.

My husband on the other hand, said he could feel nothing. It gave him no pleasure or stimulation at all.
