Being a very basic cock ring, there isn't much to be said about the design. It consists of two hollow, black rubber rings connected together by a piece of thinner, stretchy rubber; the same material used for the rubber sheath that holds the bullet. The rings fit rather loosely on my husband, who is perhaps on the slightly larger side of average. The rubber does offer quite a bit of stretch so I'm not sure why it is sized so large. We could actually put the rings on when he was already hard, which you shouldn't be able to do. Because of this, the rings didn't offer much in terms of "enhancement".

The bullet included with the cock ring features a turn dial style control, allowing you to smoothly navigate through the power levels. Although towards the end of the higher settings it seems to jump slightly. Even the lowest vibrations seem to be rather strong in my opinion, while the highest setting is extremely buzzy, bordering on obnoxious. The vibrations are fairly quiet to moderately loud depending on the vibration level. The lowest levels can easily be dampened by using it under the covers whereas the highest intensity would also need some sort of background noise to mask it. Overall I would have to say that the vibrations are rather shallow, however. They don't penetrate as deeply as I would like and instead give what I would describe as a "metallic" feeling sensation.

Being made out of rubber, the Matrix Vibrating Cock Enhancer is fairly easy to clean but it does attract a lot of lint. You can clean it with either soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner, just make sure to remove the bullet before washing. The bullet can be cleaned fairly easily as well with a soft cloth and either soap and water or toy cleaner. Just be sure to keep water away from where the cord enters into the bullet to prevent shorting out the wiring. Be sure to store this away from any silicone toys as it may cause damage to the silicone material.

The package that the Matrix comes in is your basic cardboard box featuring a nude "Jean-Claude Van Damme" look-alike kneeling and looking like his brain might explode if he were to think any harder.
