Wow! Magic! The So Pumped Penis Pump’s cylinder is constructed from the finest virgin Chinese phthalates-free ABS plastic is crystal clear and allows you to observe this sucker in action. A clear “soft comfort donut”, made from phthalates-free TPE, provides the orifice into which the flaccid penis is inserted to begin the enhancement process. (That sounds so clinical, doesn’t it?!) Attached to the top of the cylinder is a flexible tube connected to a safety-release valve and a rubbery bulb that is squeezed to create suction. Unfortunately, this penis pump does not have any interior texture and therefore the only thrills your penis will get are from the visual pleasures received while watching your dick grow.

Doc Johnson designed this penis pump to be sleek - it has a classic modern design with very little to distinguish it from other pumps. While it is easily held in your hand, the slick exterior of the pump can become very difficult to hold on to if lube on it. The suction bulb fits comfortably into an average or larger sized hand and is easy to squeeze in order to create suction.

Although this is a no-frills penis pump, it does have a safety release valve in case too much suction is created and pressure needs to be released suddenly. After inserting your flaccid cock, give the suction bulb just a few squeezes and voilà, instant hard on! Be careful though; only squeeze the suction bulb a few times as you don’t want to harm your cock. If too much pressure is applied, just press the pressure release button and start over again. This fact that this pump is crystal clear is a very positive thing – it’s great to watch your manhood grow to a slightly larger than normal size. Just be aware that the effect is temporary. The gasket, into which your penis is inserted, is well-designed. Of the pumps I’ve tried so far, this one holds a very good seal and is also rather sturdy. Make sure you apply adequate lube as it’s difficult to remove your erect penis from the pump if not enough has been used. There are times when I wish that it was a bit less tight. One problem I’ve noticed is that the pump has such a good seal that it gets steamed up during use so your view may be a bit obscured.

The penis pump is made from plastic and TPE which allows it to be cleaned with mild soap and water. The “soft comfort donut” gasket is very simple to remove for cleaning. Unfortunately the air hose attached to the top cannot be removed from the cylinder which means that you may wish to remove safety release valve and the suction bulb first, to make cleaning easier.

During use, water- or silicone-based lubes may be used. If another toy, such as a cock ring, is used at the same time or if you plan on pounding a masturbator after your erect pickle is removed from the pump, it would be best to use a water-based lube so as to ensure that you don’t damage the materials that other toys are made from.

The So Pumped Penis Pump comes in a clear blister pack which may be used for storage. I would recommend removing the cardboard insert, as it contains very little information except for a few, very minimal, warnings about using at your own risk. I am rather surprised that the warnings were so mild –you do not want to create too much suction as that could hurt your manhood! The package was not sealed well so I would also recommend washing this before your first use.

This seems to be a good, all around, no-frills, penis pump. It's well designed and does the job it's intended for. It provides very little stimulation so you'll want to finish up either manually or with a masturbator. Certainly recommended to someone who has never tried penis pumps before.
