This Penis Pump is the second one I've ever used. Compared to the other, (used about 20 years ago) it has many better qualities. The cylinder is large enough to fit most men, however, the hole of the rubber gasket is a bit snug, so be sure to be lubed when entering the hole (more so, upon removing it). The pistol grip is much easier to use than the squeeze bulb, as it seems to do the job better.

Once you have it on and in place, the first squeeze will make you aware that it's being used. It's very comfortable to use. I've found it quite exciting to be using this, and the use with a partner in a 'controlled' situation where edging is involved will add to the excitement. I've used it while restrained, while my partner continued to squeeze the pistol. It really didn't cause a lot of pressure, but being restrained and knowing it was being pumped more, you could definitely feel the added stimulation. The soft internal sleeve with nodules adds some stimulation, however it also hides some of what you're looking to see. The sleeve is 'frosted', not totally clear. I tried it with and without this sleeve. With the sleeve definitely gave a more intense pumping sensation, and a larger end product when done. Using it without the sleeve, you're able to see it better, plus, since your penis will undoubtedly rest on the side, shaking the tube will help keep it all more free.

The black rubber gasket is a little tricky to get on the cylinder, especially the first time or two, until you learn how to do it. Instructions of any kind are not included with this item, but should be. Yes, it's a pretty self-explanatory item to use, but if you've never used one, you might have some questions as to how to do it.

The "Precision Measurement" markings on the side are pretty moot because they're the same color as the cylinder and you can't really see them.

Cleaning of this item is simple. Being a toy that's made of rubber, and what seems to be silicone (inner sleeve), and the plastic cylinder, I use only a water-based lubricant. That's the key to easy clean up. A mild soap and some water is all you need. You can dry the bulk of it, then let it air dry for a little while before storing.

The pistol pump also has a release valve, easy to reach when holding the pistol. I haven't found it able to pump too high, as an older model I had used, which is probably a good safety feature. The clear vacuum tube is a fit firm, which isn't really a problem.

Just for experimenting, I tried putting this unit over a nipple and gave the pistol a few squeezes. It also works for that use, however, being the cylinder is larger, it might not work for everyone.

All in all, I'd give this pistol penis pump a good rating. I like it and will surely get a lot of fun use out of it.

After using this item a few times, I've found it to still be quite fun. The vacuum it creates is still good, and it gets exciting for the user. I'm sure others will find it to be just as much fun, possibly using it on different body parts (e.g. nipples, even though it's much larger than one would usually use for that). Good product, holding up well.
