This red lube like gel is applied to the penis and rubbed in. It does take 5-10 minutes to fully numb your little guy out. This set back can take you out of the moment and be a draw back for some. However, if that is something you are willing to give up, this product is worth it.

Not Yet Gel is a thin red gel used to rub into the penis to prevent pre-ejaculation by numbing it. The gel comes out of the tube easily and isn't sticky, messy or hard to control. This gooey substance is rubbed into the erected penis and a 5-10 minute wait is needed before the numbness sets in.

One thing to keep in mind is that a small amount goes a long way. So when applying the gel use only a pea size amount and apply it to the head and shaft. Since the gel is still on the shaft (it doesn't full soak into the skin) if precum or lube is mixed in, then the Not Yet Gel will become slimy and mix into the other substance.

This gel really shouldn't be tasted. For one, it will numb your tongue and has a bitter taste. For two, the package says, "If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Center right away." It does have a light cherry scent that is pleasant and smells a little bit like cherry kool aid. The scent is very faint and isn't noticeable unless held right under your nose.

This product lasts for about a half hour. (It is somehow hard to keep track of time when your man suddenly lasts longer ::wink::) However, it almost tripled his average time, so I would say that it numbed him at least for 30 minutes, to the point where he couldn't feel much of what was going on. Some guys may not like the idea of this so much, but it feels amazing for the ladies.

One note to keep in mind is that if you normally don't last that long and decide to use this, you will probably get tired pretty quick. With continued use, this won't really be a problem, and may even be a bonus since it will help you get in better shape. (And with that thought, lasting longer and making your woman happy while becoming healthier, this is some sort of miracle product)

It does need to be washed off with warm water and anti-bacteria soap. Keeping it on only prolongs the numbness; however, afterglow sex shouldn't be rushed simply to clean body parts. But at some point, it would be a good idea to not only wash off the gel but also the cum and sweat.

Not Yet Gel comes in a cardboard box that boasts the magic numbing gel. There is a cut out in the shape of the bottle to better show what the bottle looks like. The instructions were easy to follow, but there aren't any specific instructions on whether condoms can be used with it not. This worried me at first since my partner is a nerd and told me how the components of the gel could deteriorate latex in the condom.

At first glance, someone wouldn't necessarily know what it is. The name also doesn't give it away right away. Therefore, if you don't have any curious or noisy people, this would be okay kept in a nightstand or medicine cabinet.

The box is not a good place to store this item nor for gift giving. The tube itself is a little flimsy, (see how I broke it in Experience)

The active ingredient in Not yet gel is 7 1/2 % of Benzocaine. Inactive ingredients include: Cetearyl Alcohol, DMDM Hydantion, Ethoxydiglycol, Glyceril Stearate, Mineral Oil, Octylpalmitate, Petrolatum, Polysorbate 60, Stearic Acid Tetradisodium EDTA, and Triethanolamine.

We did use this product with a condom, so none of the gel ever got on me and resulted in me being numbed as well. If you don't plan on using a condom, this may not be a good product for you since the gel will rub into your partner as well. (Some reviews did use this gel without a condom and were not numbed) Therefore a different tool should be used, such as a cock ring.

We didn't end up using this very many times because we left it on the bed... and... well it exploded everywhere. The tube must have popped because the sealed end tore open. Maybe a stronger container might have helped, but I'm not really sure.
